GO Outdoors - Warrington Avis 

We came and purchased a tent last week, coming back a few days later to purchase a car roof box, while looking at them we noticed an offer for money off with the tent we had purchased, we asked if we could possibly still get the offer with only buying the tent a few days ago, Chris the gent we spoke to, made enquiries, explained everything we needed and helped make it possible and Sue put it all through, both making sure we got the best deal. Both were really helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Served by Becca, 2 minutes to closing time and I asked for a discount on some shop-soiled boots. Hugely helpful and accommodating despite me being a demanding customer, lovely service which is a rare thing- i’ll be back!

The selection of coats that I was looking for plus the price advantage of being a member. Sue was also very helpful and efficient.

I had a great experience from start to finish but unfortunately I had to send my item back .for a refund but a great experience as always thank you.

The lady on the till was so smiley with the family front all grown adults, but with us she did smile at all and she was very dismissive

Went into store to collect a click and collect item, told by staff member on till where the collection counter and they would send someone to help us. No-one arrived. After 10 minutes wait, and a female member of staff heading towards us, then what looked like changing her mind, no acknowledgement and leaving the shop floor, we went to find a member of staff to help us. He was very helpful and eventually found our item (the click and collect area was in an absolute mess, with items strewn all over) He apologised for our wait and went on to his previous task.
We wanted to look for some walking boots, chose the boots we wanted to try on but there was no member of staff to help. There was another customer there, needing help, she said someone had help her, then 'cleared off", so she was just sat there. On looking round there did not appear to be any members of staff in any of the areas, apart from on the till. Several customers wete moaning about poor customer service due to lack of staff being available. I went to see if I could find some help
Tucked out of the way were 3 members of staff, laughing and chatting. One was the actual store MANAGER!! I told them that we needed help with the footwear department but there was no-one to help, she told me that that staff member was on her break. All 3 of them were not very pleased to have their chat broken up, but one did reluctantly come to help, she was very sarcastically nice when helping. We eventually left and probably won't return to that store. The Manger needs to understand that staff, including themselves, should be there to provide a service to their customers, it's not a social club, if a staff member covering a particular department goes on a break, there must be someone to cover until that person returns, (especially on a department such as footwear). It's basic store management. I would have given 0 stars, but the male member of staff thst did help us, did his very best to sort out our order and apologised for the delay, which eventually was well over 20 minutes. The click and collect area, needs addressing as does the management.

What amazing staff you have in your store at Warrington. Jake the bike technician is so helpful. We bought an electric bike on Saturday and went back on Tuesday to buy another one.
Jake put the bike together and did all the checks while we were in the shop on Saturday to save us having to come back as we dont live close to the store. (This was good as i picked up some nice t shirts)
Called up on Tuesday to check stock and spoke to Charlotte, again so helpful and friendly. Jake was busy so she took my info and Jake called me straight back. Thank you Jake and Charlotte. Great service 👏

Visited the store this morning and met Charlotte who was covering the changing rooms. Although I didn’t make a purchase today I found Charlotte to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Her personable approach was most welcome and her customer service was exemplary.

Always a good experience and staff are always helpful

Needed to go back for two things after a visit previous day. Bought a camping chair, one of the arms was faulty, no problem exchanged it. Other thing I queried was the previous day I purchased a man’s jacket, only when I got home and checked my receipt id been charged £60 instead of the £49 sale price of the jacket, was served today by a lovely, polite and helpful lady named Sue, she sorted the chair exchange and the £11 refund id been accidentally overcharged.
