Warning about Himawari Clinic on GoWabi.Misleading & Unprofessional Service
I booked and paid for a 60-minute cupping session through GoWabi, but what I received was barely 5 minutes of service after paying over $15. This is highly misleading. If the offer is only a sample or a shortened version, please state that clearly upfront, instead of deceiving customers into expecting a full procedure.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially for people like me who genuinely seek treatment for health reasons — not just a rushed experience to meet your profit targets. We are not all from Thailand where it seems many prioritize money over integrity. Some of us are looking for real healing.

To make things worse, the lady at Himawari Clinic had the audacity to ask for my number after the poor service — suggesting a private session. After scamming me once, why would I ever trust you again?

You can keep the money — but also take the reputation damage. Many foreigners are aware of these scams. We may not always speak up publicly, but we share our experiences behind closed doors. This clinic is a disgrace, and it's shocking how a place with such poor ethics is allowed to operate.I will never use GoWabi again and will make sure others are aware of the risks.

Very convenient for finding good deals and discounts. I mostly use it for wellness and clinics and I find it very useful.

They don't do anything about scammers. Someone put up a fake profile of my Yoga studio at Gowabi stealing money from the customers. Although we informed them weeks ago they don't do anything about it.

My business has used GoWabi for a few years now and just recently they hijacked my Google Business Page by including an online booking link directly to their own booking system, practically bypassing our official booking system.

Upon clicking "Book now" on my Google Business page which is accessible via Google Search, they are given a choice of GoWabi or my own system. This means commissions are paid to GoWabi for bookings that were not rightfully theirs.

I informed GoWabi to remove the association with my Google Business and they did. However, a couple of weeks later they put it back in.

Emails to the Account Manager went unreplied.

Very questionable business ethics to take commissions for something they did not earn.

The application is so useful. I can check promotion and shops near me easily. I don’t have to visit the clinics asking for the prices and regret it later if it is overprice to pay. Plus, the reviews are real and helpful when it comes to quality matter.

If someone would like to find deal of spa or beauty. I would like to recommend Gowabi. There're many deal and good price.
