The box the wallpaper arrived in was damp and torn i immediately took the wallpaper out and put it to air off in a warm place .

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the outer box arrived damp and torn upon delivery. We understand how disappointing this must have been when receiving your order.
We would always encourage customers to contact us as soon as any delivery issue is noticed so that we can investigate the matter with the courier and provide assistance where possible. Unfortunately, as we were not made aware of the condition of the parcel at the time, we were unable to assess the issue or offer support before the wallpaper was removed from the packaging and aired.
We do appreciate your comments and will continue to monitor delivery standards closely with our couriers to help ensure orders arrive in the best possible condition. Thank you again for your feedback.

No problems with ordering but the delivery service was long with the delivery service cancelling on the day of delivery then I had to wait another 3 days. Would definitely order again but knowing I would probably have to wait

Delivery options non existent
No option for delivery time, they won’t allow for people who are unavailable due to work so cannot be available to take delivery,won’t leave in a safe place ,when you cancel your order for this reason they refund you minus delivery charge,their customer service leaves a lot to be desired

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. Our deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, and unfortunately we are unable to offer guaranteed delivery times. Customers are sent delivery notifications with an estimated delivery window, and there is also the option to rearrange the delivery date if needed.
As our items require a signature on delivery and can be high value, we are unable to leave orders in safe places due to the risk of items going missing.
If a delivery is missed and the order is returned to us, we do refund the order value, however the delivery charge is non-refundable as this cost has already been paid to the courier service.
We do appreciate your feedback regarding customer service and will take your comments on board as we are always looking to improve our customers’ experience.

Delivery
The product I ordered was great however my one complaint is the delivery company they said they tried to deliver twice that didn’t happen I was in and have a little dog who lets me know if anyone is at the door. So I had to end up going to their depo in Warwick to collect. They said it couldn’t be left in a safe place most deliveries these days can be left but they said you wouldn’t let them do that. The quality of the wallpaper is great . But not happy with delivery method.
