We chose Grapevine to help with the sale of our property because Haydon came across as honest and down to earth and told us communication was key to their sales process. Communication as promised was excellent and our enquires along the way were answered within good time and with the information we needed. Near the end of the sale when things needed chasing up Adam and Oliver were both on hand to make sure the sale was completed in the time frame we had agreed on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or indeed use them again.

Grapevine were excellent and helped us at every stage of purchasing our property. Haydon who took us round for our first viewing was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. There were some complications with the sale and Adam and Oliver helped us sort this out through effective and frequent communication. I would highly recommend Grapevine!

We purchased a property in Twyford via Grapevine, and they were so helpful, kind and supportive throughout the process. As a first time buyer, I didn't really know what I was doing, and they were always on hand to answer any questions we had. They were really easy to get in contact with, kept us updated at every stage of the process, and communicated really well between ourselves and the seller. If the time ever comes where we're ever moving again, we'd definitely use them.

We didn't use Grapevine as sellers, but were buying a house marketed by them. They were excellent from start to finish (despite a very stressful transaction which was not their fault at all), very easy to contact and communicate with and we would definitely use them if we were to market a house. We viewed a house with John in Winnersh. He came to the viewing completely unprepared. He took an advantage on we really liked the house. He was lying about the tenure of the property. He tried to sell us leasehold house as a freehold. I would not recommend to anyone to work with such an unreliable (and unprofessional) estate agent.
