Gravypass Avis 

I used to love gravypass. Ive had it since December and have successfully cashed out 3300 so far. Why I rated so low is because for the last month and a half, when a reward isn't credited and you have to contact support and submit a ticket, still haven't gotten responses or my rewards credited. I am owed probably 200 dollars right now and gravypass will say it's their partners, but regardless, extremely frustrating. I play alot to make extra income and to have to wait for over a month to get rewards, is absolutely ridiculous. Im gonna find a new play to earn apps.

Fabulous...PERIOD!

They refuse to pay out. I earned $92 playing games and making purchases on Gravy Pass that was never credited to my account. Customer service pulled out every excuse for why there wasn't a problem and flat out refused to help. I have shown them the proof time and again that I have legit met all the goals and earned that $92. Even after finally admitting that they do, in fact, owe me money, I was told that I didn't ask nicely enough for what I should have already been paid and so Gravy Pass is not going to resolve the issue. That is not how this works! So I reported them to the BBB, FTC and CA attorney general. They're ignoring the BBB, which tells you everything you need to know about what kind of people are behind this operation. Gravy Pass is a fraud.

Went to withdraw my first $10, my account is already under review. I reach out to support and I send the screenshots showing I completed the required levels to get the rewards. They confirm they see those screenshots and ask for screenshots showing my time on each app. I send that. They confirm those screenshots, then ask me for the screenshots showing I completed the levels again. They keep sending me in circles and won't let me cashout. Since my account is in review, i can't download any new games either.

It's not a complete scam, they will let you withdraw$ 10-20 at a time and I have withdrew about $100 in small amounts. I tried to cash out $ 130+ in one setting and they put my account in review. Ace Boston did reach out about 3 days after I submitted my dispute and confirm my account was cleared, but I still can't redeem my funds ( its been 36 hrs ). I'm not sure how long I have to wait because Ace stopped responding. It could be due to the other dispute I have for not receiving my rewards from other third parties. It seems like Ace talks to everyone, if he is a lone worker I can be more understanding , if hes not, putting in all that time and effort just to get restricted is not worth playing the games.

This app is legit. I've only had one issue where it took more time to get my gravy pass approved however it was resolved and deposited to my bank.

I only have $22.86 in earnings and attempted to cash out $20.00 on Feb 11, 2026. I was placed in review and sent in the screenshots requested. It is now April 25, 2026 and the only response is we are reviewing your account. How long does it take to review an account? I quit playing as I refuse to waste my time on something that doesn’t pay out as promised. If they can’t pay out $20, then why would I believe they will pay out higher amounts?

Honestly the cashout are super easy, customer service answers you back quickly and walks you thru all the steps. I diffently would recommend this app to anyone

This company made me realize that playing games was not just for free.

They have resulted in allowing the game owners to pay you out and they hardly keep track or pay or even answer hour disputes. Gravypass has pass the buck . Everyone's getting paid but the player now. It stars off great but just like most gaming apps that claim.they pay they fall short. I will say I made about 400$ on gravypass over 5 months most ive been paid from any other app. But now I have to hope and pray a level.pays out. Just done will be disabling my account.

Try to figure out how to withdraw won't go through what am I doing wrong.

I was a little surprised by how much verification was required. They asked for completion photos, screen time screenshots, receipts, and later ID verification, which wasn’t clearly mentioned upfront. It felt like a lot at first. However, I was able to complete everything, earn, and redeem my rewards all in the same day. In the end, it was legit and I’m happy with the payout. More transparency about verification requirements beforehand would make the experience even better.

I have reached the last 2 payouts and I'm not getting paid. It's the third time in the same game I haven't been paid. It's over 300 dollars that I worked hard for.

Hello there, I cannot get any $, they send me money but I am not receiving $for abt 3 months they won’t take off the picture that’s there I just got a text from gravy pass, this time I went ahead (I’ve been deleting all of them) so just now$1.59 I want to Cash in the picture is gone and in place of it is where the $ should go in, but it did not.
Before I totally lose my mind, can you fix this for me plz?
