Awful first experience purchasing. In theory if I signed up I would get a 10% discount of the first order. This discount was not applied when purchasing (30GBP). When contacting customer support. They are telling me to cancel the order!! I gave several options, applying a credit note for future purchases, adding additional items to the order, etc. No luck so far. I think I have to cancell the order!! Incredible. 0 Customer centric responses. Bureacratic and unflexible.

Shocking experience. Got some Grays Flash 3.0 hockey trainers for my son and the inner sole of the shoe disintegrated and developed holes after wearing a couple of times. This got worse and he now can’t wear the trainers. Asked Grays for advice 08.02.24 and if I could get a replacement pair of insoles to suit that shoe (nothing more!) and they haven’t even had the decency to reply after sending two queries. I won’t be buying Grays again!

Paid for the AC10 Probow-S Composite Hockey Stick (£424.99) Used it for one training session and though it was shocking. Tried to return it but they said there was nothing wrong with it and returned it back to me. Honestly think its way overpriced, their customer support is shocking the stick was shocking and I cant even leave a review on the product page to warn other how S**t the stick is.
