Most of the plants in my order came in great condition, such as coral bells, hostas, and hydrangeas. However, the blue star creeper in my order had completely wilted to mush during shipping. I notified customer support, and they promptly sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the second one met the same fate. Customer support issued a full refund for that plant. I would recommend this company because they were very responsive and did a great job rectifying the situation. They may not be able to safely ship all plants, but they make it so there is no risk for the customer.

Over the past few years, I've ordered many plants from Great Garden Plants. They have always arrived in excellent condition and were and still are, very healthy plants. I don't worry about anything when I place an order with them.

I have placed many orders from this company over the years. I have always been happy with my plants and the customer service is quick to respond if I had questions.

I’ve ordered from this company several times and the orders are always correct and shipped quickly. So far I’ve only lost one plant, but that was more the location I placed it and lack of care I gave it. All the rest have flourished. Love the rose of Sharon’s I’ve gotten from them. Also the small roses were super healthy. The rose of Sharon’s I planted at the beginning of summer already have grown 3 feet! They have great customer service and won’t rip you off.

I ordered some Kniphofia plants form this company, and they sent out nice BIG and HEALTHY plants. They did have a minimum order requirement of $50, but I certainly feel like I got my money's worth.
