Missing items
Ordered and paid for materials delivery confirmed quickly. On receipt of delivery I noticed not all my order had arrived and also some alternative products delivered as what I had ordered wasn’t in stock. Contacted via email several times to arrange delivery of missing items with no reply. Spoke to a lady on the phone who asked me to email details and assured me a refund would be issued several weeks ago still no refund or response to my emails.

High Quality product and Great services

My order arrived at the time It was…
My order arrived at the time It was supposed to. A young lady called Gem and an elderly man helped me and my two sons to offload it they were very polite very hard working and really nice people. Although it was a bit of a rush and the timber was just put in a pile. I didn’t have time to check it because there was so much and all mixed together. After having a hour of rest I went to stack it tidy and check it to find quite a few log lap damaged and also ten lengths of timber short i immediately phoned and spoke to the young lady Gem and she promised she would get it sorted for me SHE REALLY IS A GEM a lovely woman.

I am a sales advisor for a reputable garden rooms company and upset and appalled by the fact they are using images from our clients. They have no right to steal our photos, then photoshopping gardens put on to our buildings to pull them off as their own.
I wouldn’t recommend this company who do not use their own work or have a show room for you to visit.
I will not be deleting as per your reply as I saw it in black and white and you ignored my phone calls and never got back to me.

Missing item , and no communication
I had to ring to see when delivery was going to be as I didn't receive any confirmation, but this was not the main problem ,
From my order I was missing a roll of felt ,i told the delivery driver who said it hadn't been given to him and that the company would be in touch , I herd nothing so tried ringing for 3 days straight , no answer and no response to the voicemails left , i also tried to email them but no response ither .
