When I was looking to purchase decking during the lockdown , I discovered DeckPlus in St, Albans. Although it is close to my house I wasn't actually able to go into the store because of the various restrictions in place. DeckPlus was always easiily contactable and everything was discussed and explained over the phone, from the different types of decking available, the warranties they come with, and advice for installing the decking and even constructing the subframe.I am very pleased with the final product, it looks really authentic once laid and appears to be very hardwearing! I even made some planters out of the offcuts!

The order process itself to delivery of the decking was actually painful, mainly I guess due to Covid related issued but nevertheless painful. I had to chase to get any information or update about the expected delivery date and it was difficult to get responses. This aside the product itself is great, I’m really happy with and it’s good value for money.
Hopefully if I were to order something else in future the experience would be better with the same product quality.

When deciding to look for decking, we called at Greensquares, I knew, sort of, what colour I wanted, my son and I called just as the retail was opening after lockdown and the salesman Ben was very helpful in showing different shades of grey but as soon as seen the one on display that was the one I wanted. We ordered it straightaway and it was due in that weekend but due to the delay in shipments etc with covid 19 it was going to be delayed by a couple of weeks, during this time Ben had kept me informed every step of the way. I would certainly recommend Greensquares and I know I will be very pleased with the end result.

Ordered easy clean future deck silver birch capped composite decking after seeing how good my parents looked. So pleased with it, it looks amazing. Delivery was quick baring in mind Covid. Would recommend it. My garden looks perfect now.

Very negative experience dealing with Greensquares. Placed an order (paid for in June) for delivery to Scotland (£350 delivery charge). Lots of excuses for the delay then finally share that they have been unable to deliver since they cant get any other loads for their haulage company up to Scotland. Not my problem. Sales guy rarely replies to emails or phone calls. Agreed to cancel order and refund when i finally got hold of him (including saying he hadn't received emails) but "accounts don't work on a Friday so we'll process it on Monday", only not to process. Recommend you go elsewhere. I got a local company to deliver an alternative within a week. Should have went to them in the first place (and would have if there weren't shut at the time because of COVID).

Excellent customer service from ordering to delivery. Delighted with quality of tiles Clifton White. Order arrived on time,well packed to minimise risk of damage. There was none. Excellent design service available to plan your project. Delighted with finished project. Would certainly use again.

Materials from greensquares was deliveried on time and we layed them with no quailty issuses, some short deliveres with the post system were delt with within a day so job went very well

The sales consultant was very helpful and obliging. The decking chosen by us was the easy clean future deck silver birch capped composite. The order arrived on time, complete with all fitting accessories and was relatively easy to install. We are very pleased with it.

I recently purchased and laid 85m² of the Bodmin Cream 20mm 810x400 tiles. They arrived when expected and were easy to lay. Not easily damaged, clean to cut and striking once finished. Staff at green squares were very helpful and answered any questions promptly. Would reccomend both the tile and the company.

decking boards arrived damaged, it took almost 2 months for them to even arrange delivery of replacements (after ducking calls from our main company number but answering to us when we called on private number) leaving our customer stuck with half a deck built, nice product but just terrible service

Greensquares service was brilliant. Right from submitting samples through to delivering the product and advising on installation.
Overall we are really pleased with the product, deck looks really good and installation was straightforward

Had a great experience using Greensquares. After reviewing a lot of companies I decided to use Greensquares as they had a great product selection, competitively priced and the customer services was excellent. They spent a lot of time making sure I had all the information I needed, responded to my questions quickly and delivered fast despite dealing with the pandemic challenges.

Terrible aftersales service. Blammed our builder for 2 damaged tiles & would not discuss any replacements. The tiles were delivered but not installed due to Covid-19 for 2 months. Tiles are extremely heavy & packed well so hard to check each one without removing all packaging. Spent over £700. Nice product, dont buy from them.

To update my previous posts about this company i can now say that after 14 weeks of chasing my refund i eventually received it in my account on 4th January 2020. I am pleased at having received the refund but very disappointed at Greensquares delay and attitude of refunding a relatively small amount of money to a customer who had spent over £2000 with them. This company has a very bad after sales customer service. BEWARE.

I ordered porcelain tiles in March. An absolute catalogue of errors meant that I didn’t receive all my tiles until mid August. I was lied to by staff regarding the status of my order and I had to constantly chase to get any information. The products look good, but I would never buy from this company again or recommend them to anyone else.
