Great service

My husband had ordered a shirt. Unfortunately it was the wrong size. He managed to get hold of someone at Gresham Blake who said that the person dealing with matters was off but that she would put aside the right size and make sure my husband didn’t have to pay postage. The person from Gresham Blake rang the next day and told my husband he would receive instructions on how to return the shirt. This was duly done by email and the shirt was returned. The very next day he had notification that it had been received at Graham Blake and two days later received his right size shirt. Thank you for being so efficient.

The customer service is impeccable

The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is so polite and helpful. Nathalie is a wonderful tailor, who makes you feel at ease straight away. She is very knowledgeable and can even work with the hardest body shapes (that’s me by the way). Definitely would recommend Gresham Blake’s to my friends and family.

Wedding suit - great experience

I recently had a suit made for my wedding. Nathalie and the team were fantastic. This was a completely new experience for me and I was working to a specific budget, so I was initially nervous about it. But Nathalie put me at ease and helped me find the perfect fabrics and options within my price range. She was also incredibly welcoming of me and my partner and I would readily recommend Gresham Blake as an LGBTQ+ friendly business. I'm so pleased with my suit and shirt; it's exactly what I was hoping for and I can't wait to strut my stuff on our big day!

Amazing experience and top quality

We just bought my fiancés wedding suit from Gresham Blake in Brighton - the whole experience was flawless from start to finish! Sarah was incredible with her advice on the design, and it fitted perfectly. So so happy with it - the quality and experience was 10/10 and a fraction of the price you’d pay elsewhere. The perfect Wedding Suit

I was really struggling to find exactly what I wanted in a wedding suit when I was introduced to the team at Gresham Blake… and thank goodness I was. I had such a good design session with Gabe and Molly, picking out every detail for my bespoke suit, pushing a few boundaries and finding something truly unique to me. Gabe guided the process so well and looked after my many questions with good humour and confidence. During my fitting - in which I’d actually lost a chunk of weight - I was amazed at how the team turned around the alterations in just over two hours from their Brighton store. The dream experience… now just to wear it at my wedding! Thank you 🙏🏻

I have been fortunate enough to experience each level of the Gresham Blake service, a bespoke suit with the ultimate level of luxury, a made-to-measure suit, an excellent-fitting suit and off-the-peg clothing. All delivered a feeling of superior value and made me feel quite special.

Bespoke Wedding suit - Great experience

After speaking to a number of tailors, I decided to go with Gresham Blake, having walked past their Spitalfields shop many times in recent years and admiring their suits and shirts. My daughters upcoming wedding made me decided to go for it and their bespoke service was one that I recommend.
Gabe was my contact throughout the process and made it and enjoyable experience. Firstly he listened to what I was looking for and unlike other tailors I spoke to kept to my brief, but offered advice and suggestions, rather than saying you need to do this or that. The time frame given was in the main kept to and the end result is an amazing suit that I know is going to have the wow factor next week at my daughters wedding, and be an investment that will serve me for a long time.
Thanks Gabe and I highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality suit with a twist.

Oh dear Gresham Blake….

Failure to quality control has led to failure to deliver in time for tomorrow’s wedding. This has left me having to rethink my outfit with less than 24 hours to go. Thanks a lot Gresham Blake. ☹️

Having a nightmare experience with my…

Having a nightmare experience with my wedding suit ordered and paid for on 1st April 2022. Finally arrived after 13 weeks (promised on ordering it would be 6 to 8 weeks). Now needs to be sent away to be finished (cannot be done on site), as ordered but I only have 23 days until I fly to USA for my wedding and will need at least another fitting and possible alterations after that. Extremely stressed and worried!

Ordered a tie for wedding after…

Ordered a tie for wedding after spending a lot of time selecting the right colours to match my suit, money taken from my credit card 4 days later told out of stock and would I like to pick another tie asked for refund still waiting 5 days now will never use this company again very unprofessional taking payments for out of stock items !!

very poor customer service actually no service!

very poor customer service! I bought a £95 L dress shirt for my tall slim build son at their Brighton shop. It was very wide and short. Not even close on fit when he suits all brands dress shirts. We took it back to Shoreditch the following Saturday and the shop was closed as its by appt only. Managed to reach someone in Brighton who said assistant just left and wouldn't return. Posted shirt back to Brighton for a refund 3 weeks ago with a letter asking for a refund & incl. my details. heard nothing. Chased 3 times and left my name & number each time. STILL NO REPLY. With amazing service at all the high street shops there is no incentive to spend money at local and private stores when they treat their customers with contempt. What gives Gresham Blake? Its not a good look for you.
