Greytip Software – Very Poor Experience
This software has been extremely disappointing. Pricing is inconsistent and varies from customer to customer, which shows a clear lack of transparency. With enough bargaining, the cost can be reduced significantly—sometimes as low as ₹5 per employee if the software is used only for payroll.
The service quality is very poor. Support responses are slow and unhelpful, making even basic issues difficult to resolve. Overall, the product does not justify its price, and the customer experience is unsatisfactory.
I would strongly not recommend this software to others.

Greythr is a very good payroll software with a highly responsive support team that always provides clear and timely solutions. I appreciate how they continuously update the platform to stay compliant with regulatory changes. Their webinars and knowledge-sharing initiatives are also very helpful for users

It was a great experience to subscribe greytHR. As a startup, we have a lot of expectations from the solution. Sales experience was decent, and setup service was helpful. Support is cool.

Worst Application Ever Seen. When you ask for some new modifications they say no, it cannot be done. Tickets older than 6 months are not resolved yet. All the employees are facing problems all the time.GreytHR has other projects to look after so they don't have time to resolve the issues.

Good software for payroll processing & helpful for generating the all reports from it. But sometimes your software glitches on the attendance module system. But all over experience are good.

GreytHR meets only the basic HR Process however there are loopholes in the reports which if corrected will be more useful to those who use. Suggestions are given but so far no implementation as said and no changes.

This is very good HR Software.Things are smooth ,easy to use.

Software is far from complete. Lot of things are missing that you will know during implementation only. Staff is not responsive too.

Greytip does a great job for us. They automate payroll and other time-consuming tasks for our HR team.

They integrate with our bio metric systems too and their customer support is open to adjusting the software to our needs.

Definitely a pleasant experience using Greytip.
