I requested a £2,450 withdrawal from Griffon Casino and provided fully verified, unredacted bank statements immediately. Instead of paying me, they delayed processing for a week, ghosted me, and fully allowed me to deposit an extra £600 while they held my paperwork.
The exact moment I contacted live support to ask for a payout update, they completely shut down my account and told me I have to wait 28 days for an "investigation." They happily accept your money but lock you out the second you win and ask for it. Unacceptable service. Avoid

***Edit*** needless tos at the account has over 4000£ deposited never had them sending me and email asking if I am ok loosing so much money yet they blocked the withdrawal immediately ***

Still absolutely zero resolution or helpful reply from their team. They are actively trying to get away with confiscating my £2,450 winnings while working on a plan to completely avoid returning my £3,800 in base deposits.
Steer clear of this casino, people. I seriously hope someone reads this review before depositing and playing here. If you win, your winnings will be forfeited under the guise of technicalities and bad system matching, without any clear or honest explanation. They will happily take your hard-earned money, but the second you try to withdraw, they find any loophole to pocket both your profit and your deposits. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible I’ve played griffon for about 2 years always been up and down but that’s the way it goes! I won finally £2000 withdrew it and I had to wait 48hrs then an additional 48hrs for the funds still no funds I did instant 1 tap payment from Skrill which is instant and vetted they made an excuse that the payment failed! Contacted Skrill no problems my end! So now alarm bells! So finally got an email from griffon requesting my bank statements for a tranfe done this now it’s been another 48hrs my account has now been blocked under review I’m not stupid it’s just delay tactics to not pay for months !!! Griffon just stop all this and just pay! Something has to be done about these sites quick to take ur money no checks instantly!! If I could leave NO stars I would. After been loyal to Griffon casino for many years when they changed platform I was treated like some sort of compulsive gambler, With a £200 limit per month my account was blocked and under restrictions until I was contacted by them, which they did not get in touch. I closed my account happily as there are many more online casinos that are happy for me to join.

Its no fun, they are all about taking your money. They will let you have a good gameplay once, like playing for 30-40 minutes with 20% maybe 30% profit, then they will take you everything, and the next 20 deposits, you won't see a bonus, a win, or literally anything. I just closed my account for good, and im done with them. Worst casino ever.

Totally slow pay outs, and on top of that charge you to deposit your cash, let's charge them when they finally pay you out.

They don't have caps on the betting amount when using bonuses. Watch for the fine print. I withdrawn 14,000+ and was never paid because they claim I "abused" the bet. I figure the only way to win on this site is by putting your life savings in and hopes to cash out 50 bucks in then end. It would pay them to pay the winners, but they don't. They always find excuses why they won't pay your withdrawal amount. It's sickening

Hi there, just closed my griffon casino , they don’t even have the option in account settings. This is the worst casino that I’ve ever played, the website is rubbish keep logging out for no reason, slots running very slow, the most important thing doesn’t pay at all. My advice for new players is : don’t even think to try this griffon casino because you’ll win once in a year. I’m still on minus with couple thousand but I had enough of this casino

After playing 100s over many months they suddenly decide to limit my account. I have recently had an operation and can't work but will be able to eventually so told them all this but Katie the not helpful agent told me because i was unemployed they were limiting my account. I get more in benefits then i was earning and have no mortgage but it seemed to very prejudiced towards the fact i was temporarily disabled. I find this disgusting and they should be closed down by the gambling commission. These sites should not be allowed to exist. Report going to gaming commission to look into prejudice.
