Been a month, still no gloves or sign of them being shipped. I have emailed them, only to be given generic excuses and minor attitude. April, starting an email with "I already told you we will contact you when we have more information" is not helpful

The customer service takes days to respond. It’s been two months and still no Muay Thai gloves and shin guards. All customer service keeps telling me is that they’re working on it. Still no shipping date. I would never recommend anyone to order from them. And getting a refund is impossible. I wish it was a 0 star rating because that’s what I would give them..

Rezension: Grizz Anti-Fingerprint Folie – Große Enttäuschung

Ich habe mich für die Anti-Fingerprint-Folie von Grizz entschieden, in der Hoffnung auf eine saubere, pflegeleichte Oberfläche – leider ein klarer Fehlkauf.

Wie auf dem Bild deutlich zu sehen ist, zieht die Folie Fingerabdrücke extrem stark an. Schon nach kurzer Nutzung ist die Fläche übersät mit Flecken und wirkt ungepflegt. Von einem Anti-Fingerprint-Effekt kann hier keine Rede sein – eher das Gegenteil ist der Fall.

Besonders ärgerlich: Die Reinigung gestaltet sich schwierig. Die Abdrücke lassen sich nicht einfach wegwischen, stattdessen entstehen schnell Schlieren und man muss mehrfach nacharbeiten. Das ist im Alltag einfach nur nervig.

Fazit:
- Starke Sichtbarkeit von Fingerabdrücken
- Versprochene Funktion nicht erfüllt
- Reinigung umständlich und ineffektiv

Für mich ist diese Folie absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Hier stimmt das Produktversprechen überhaupt nicht.

Kia Proceed Navi Folie ( Großes Navi)

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell aber Folie ist leider nicht passgenau!

Nach 7 versuchen diese richtig anzubringen stellte ich fest,dass diese unten und rechts ca. 3 mm zu breit ist!

Dadurch lässt sich die Folie nicht richtig anbringen und steht über und wirft somit blasen!

Ich hab selbst die Folie zurecht geschnitten,damit es am Ende passt!

Hilfe seitens des Verkäufers gibt es nicht,was mir letztendlich auch egal war! Ich teilte dem Verkäufer aber mit,dass er seine Maße bitte neu berechnen soll,damit andere Käufer wenigstens eine passende Lösung bekommen!

Verkäufer möchte,dass ich die Folie wieder abreiße und Ihm Bilder schicke....dies kommt nicht in Frage,da ich froh bin,dass es nun passt und ordentlich klebt!

Die Materialien also Folie selbst macht einen sehr guten Eindruck! Es liegt hier lediglich an der nicht richtigen Passgenauigkeit!

Qualität sonst gut!

I just ordered a pair of men's size 9.5 shoes.
When I got home yesterday I saw that they sent me a size 5. I was shocked so I immediately contacted their customer support. I explained to customer service that I ordered a 9.5 size, NOT a size 5. She showed me my order but the order was switched to size 5 without my approval. The item is still in the packaging and asked if I can return the item and get the correct size. She told me NO because she said they are "handmade". What does that have to do with me returning an item that wasn't used and still in the packaging. She said I can do another order at 50% off. I said why would I order from you again if you won't even rectify my order in good faith. After that she never replied back. I am a huge purchaser of shoes and I will make sure I tell everyone to NOT buy from this company. Anyone have any suggestions??

Ich habe für meinen Audi Q8 das 6-in-1-Set für Mittelkonsole und Armaturenbrett bestellt. Die Folie ließ sich extrem schwer anbringen, obwohl ich die Oberflächen gründlich mit dem mitgelieferten Reinigungsset vorbereitet und das Installations-Set wie empfohlen genutzt habe. Schon beim ersten Versuch entstanden an mehreren Stellen Bläschen und an den Rändern blieben Rückstände zurück. Ein Neuanbringen war unvermeidlich. Beim erneuten Aufsetzen dehnte sich die Folie beim Abziehen und verschlimmerte die Probleme zusätzlich. Für mich deutet das eindeutig auf einen Qualitätsmangel hin.

Als ich die Bläschen vorsichtig korrigieren wollte, verlor die Fläche die Haftung. Die vorhandenen Bläschen wurden größer und neue kamen dazu. Das Material wirkte insgesamt störrisch und weit entfernt von dem, was der Hersteller GRIZZ PROTECTOR bewirbt.

Um sicherzugehen, dass es kein Einzelfall ist, habe ich sogar zusätzliche Folien bestellt. Das zweite Set war identisch, eher schlechter. Die Folie riss beim Aufbringen und bildete erneut mehrere Bläschen. Auch die Passgenauigkeit war nicht überzeugend. Insgesamt habe ich rund 140 Euro investiert und kein einziges brauchbares Ergebnis erhalten. Für mich bestätigt das ein grundlegendes Qualitätsproblem bei diesem Produkt.

Ich habe meine Erfahrung auf Trustpilot und Trustmate öffentlich geteilt. Daraufhin meldete sich eine Kontaktperson von GRIZZ PROTECTOR namens Paul und bot mir eine Rückerstattung an. Dafür sollte ich ein Foto mit Datum und Uhrzeit einreichen, das zeigt, dass die Folien nicht angebracht wurden. Das habe ich umgehend getan. Danach brach die Kommunikation komplett ab und die Mediation lief kommentarlos aus.

So geht man nicht mit Kundinnen und Kunden um. Wer eine Rückerstattung zusagt, sollte sie auch einhalten.

Da das Unternehmen seitdem nicht mehr reagiert, wird nun ein Fall eröffnet. Ich kann diese Marke nach meinen Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen.

I ordered boots that never arrived. Two weeks ago I sent a message to Grizz asking when the order was coming and they sent a message that they would follow up. It's a month since I ordered the boots and I have never received them. I sent another message today and they said that they already processed a refund to me but it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles on my credit card? Really? Where the boots discontinued or is there another reason why they didn't send them? Why didn't anyone let me know what was happening? Is this company a scam? I don't trust them.

Ich habe mir einen Displayschutz für mein Auto bestellt.
Als er ankam bemerkt ich, dass er viel zu klein ist.
Nach Absprache wurde mir ein neuer Displayschutz zugeschickt, der diese Woche ankam und erneut zu klein ist.

Well i ordered shin pads yesterday so I hope they don’t take two months and I pray that they aren’t shady.

The shoes are supposed to match American sizes. But they don't. I wear a 8.5 in men's and the shoes that they gave me are way too wide and don't stay on my feet. They don't do returns because they claim I have the correct size. Also they don't look as good in person as they do on the website. They look like knock offs. They don't even have the grizz symbol on them on the inside like they do on the photos. The sizes are whacked, and they're like the Walmart versions and not as cool as the photo. When I reached out to customer service to let them know about my experience, I even said I understand that they dont do refunds. I just wanted them to know their sizes don't match American sizes. Their response was. "We don't do refunds." So they can't even read. Don't buy from this company. They suck all the way around.

The product is beautiful my wife is happy. The only problem is your management of the delivery. Not well efficient, please improve this process. For the rest, thank you

I received boxing gloves as a gift, and I wanted a matching pair of shin guards. I ordered the shin guards and they are amazing. I perform kickboxing and MMA with them on and the shin guards stay on. While grappling with them, I have no issues with them sliding around my leg. Definitely recommend for their fight gear. I excited to see what other items I will buy in the future.

Grizz did a great job. They have responsive customer service, and even though my product, a T-shirt, was coming from overseas, it arrived quickly. It's well-made for light duty wear. Grizz is one of the few manufacturers I found who produce vivid optical pattern T-shirts that are printed 360°. It's a polyester and spandex shirt, which under normal circumstances would not be ideal. But in the case of this interesting optical pattern, it wouldn't look good on Cotton and would be more prone to fade. Very pleased.

The item never arrived. April in customer service provided a delivery photograph that clearly shows the package and the address where it was delivered. THE ADDRESSES DIDN'T MATCH! April still kept giving me the run around and wouldn't make things right.

A well made product delivered quickly, considering it's to the UK from USA.
Products are made to order and the choice of designs endless.
