Once I’d ordered the door, GRP phoned me and I made the payment. It was then delivered within three weeks, it was well packaged and arrived safely. The door has now been fitted and it looks beautiful, excellent quality. Very happy with everything.

Excellent experience but needs a few improvements
Overall, my experience was excellent, though a small improvement would enhance it further. The service provided by GRP Composite Doors was truly outstanding, featuring high-quality materials, a great selection of colours, and timely delivery. However, one downside is that with painted doors on the inside, the TS008 letterbox cannot be added, and no openings will be cut into the door. This meant I had to arrange for the fitter to handle it myself.
While I was aware of this in advance, it seems like a basic detail that should be addressed as part of the service.
