Worst aftersales service I have had…
Worst aftersales service I have had after many manyyears of buying guitar items online. 8 days after placing order and still waiting for delivery. Phoned to enquire told wait another few days. They can not follow up tracking so eventually managed to get my local post to check what was happening and that it is on a 7-10 day delivery option despite being charged £5.99 . Not helpful. Still advertising the item I ordered incorrectly on their website.....poor

Hi Ralph, I am sorry to hear you were not happy with the delivery timescale of your order. Unfortunately for us as a shop and not a courier company we have no control over parcels once they have been collected or dropped of with Royal Mail on the time frame in which they deliver the package. As we tried to tell you on the phone your parcel was shipped with Royal Mail First Class delivery, and Royal Mail won't search for a suspected missing parcel until a certain timescale after expected delivery has been reached. I can see from tracking your package that it was delivered roughly one hour after you posted your review so I hope you are pleased to have received your items. Very good experience
Very good experience, considering I was buying a fairly cheap guitar. The guitar was ready and tuned and one of the staff played it so I could hear it. We returned a week later having bought it on line, to pick it up.
