I've wanted/needed(!)/lusted for a Rickenbacker for over 30 years and they seem to a a rare find in the UK, so when I saw this 330 at Guitar Galleries at a reasonable price I finally took the plunge. The guitar arrived the next day in perfect condition and is superb!

Traded two guitars today for the one I had my eye set on found the staff and Mat the manager very friendly got good trade in for my guitars and paid the difference for the one I wanted excellent service and well satified

Completely shafted today by Matt at Guitar Galleries. Had agreed a deal in principal via email and phone to purchase a guitar. Arranged to travel over 40 miles today for a 12pm appointment to purchase. He called at 11.55am to say he had sold the guitar via the internet. When I pointed out we were 5 minutes away, and had made the journey, as he well knew, he tried to fob us off saying there was nothing he could do, it was one of those things. Knowing full well he could have cancelled the online purchase and refunded the buyer. Avoid.

Excellent shop, über helpful staff. Mark restrung my acoustic guitar with lighter strings, given it was my 1st. Guitar arrived by courier, packaged well and in excellent condition. Thoroughly recommend Guitar Galleries; will have no hesitation buying from again.

I am by no means a professional, but more of a bedroom plucker. However I found the staff very professional and happy to help and advise.

I went in to have a go on a guitar I had seen they had in stock on the internet. It wasn't quite the model I wanted, but I did think I should really have a go with a guitar before comitting to buy one over the internet. It was a nice guitar, so I enquired if GG could order in the slightly different model for me.

Unfortunately, due to COVID and Brexit there are currently long lead times on orders. I didn't want to wait that long, but I was recommended a lovely second hand guitar they had in stock which I tried out and fell for. It played very nicely - much better than the one I had come in for, and I was convinced and bought it the same afternoon to pick up the next day.

Pickup of the order was seamless, the second hand guitar was practically flawless and I was very happy with the overall experience. Thanks guys!
