A wide coverage has resulted in at least one of three guns advertised and being sold. One is still pending and very little interest in the third.

Nothing wrong with the brilliant site, just selling my shotguns up here in Aberdeenshire slow, no interest at all, possibly the same all over the country.
Unfortunately did not sell my gun but company was very efficient & helpful. Fairly simple to set up my advert .

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you haven't had the response you were hoping for.
While Guntrader provides a platform to advertise firearms, we can't guarantee that every advert will result in a sale. There are a number of factors that can affect buyer interest, including pricing, the quality of the photographs, the description, and current market demand.
Having looked at your advert, I noticed that the images appear to be slightly blurred, which may be affecting its appeal to potential buyers. We'd be more than happy to help you optimise your advert and offer advice on improving the photographs or listing details to give it the best chance of success. Please feel free to contact our support team and we'll gladly assist.
We don't believe this one-star review accurately reflects the service we provide, as thousands of firearms are successfully bought and sold through Guntrader every year. Our goal is to help every seller achieve the best possible outcome, and we're always happy to provide guidance where we can.
We hope you'll get in touch so we can help improve your advert.

Good on line prescence and easy to upload items to sell. Very annoying not to receive reminders when the advert is about to expire. Please rectify!

Thank you for your review and for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you find the site easy to use and that uploading items is straightforward.
Just to clarify, reminder emails are sent 3 days before your advert is due to expire. The advert can't be renewed until it has actually expired, which is why the renewal option isn't available beforehand.
If you didn't receive the reminder email, please check your spam or junk folder, and if you're still having issues, feel free to get in touch with our support team and we'll be happy to help.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
While we provide a platform to connect buyers and sellers, we cannot guarantee that every advert will result in enquiries or a sale. Interest can vary depending on factors such as market demand, pricing, location, and the specific firearm being advertised.
We appreciate that receiving no responses can be frustrating, and we always encourage sellers to ensure their adverts include clear descriptions, good quality photographs, and competitive pricing to help attract potential buyers.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Zero response to my ad.
Zero response to my ad for a car gun safe but I guess such ads are low down the pecking order. Must think of a different approach.
Otherwise Guntrader staff are very helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your advert didn't generate the response you were hoping for.
While Guntrader provides access to one of the largest audiences of genuine firearms buyers in the UK, we can't guarantee that every advert will result in enquiries or a sale. Factors such as pricing, the type of firearm, condition, demand, photographs, and advert details all play a significant role. Some firearms sell within hours, while others naturally take longer to find the right buyer.
We understand your disappointment, but we don't feel a one-star review fairly reflects the service we provide or the fact that the outcome of a private sale depends on a number of variables beyond our control.
Feel free to call for assistance.

Overall a solid platform
Overall a solid platform and I'd recommend it. I managed to sell all my kit through Guntrader, which is exactly what I needed — for shifting firearms and shooting gear to a genuine market of buyers, it does the job well.
Two honest caveats. First, I encountered a few scam attempts early on, and Guntrader didn't really react when I flagged them — that was disappointing. They did tail off after a while, but I'd have liked to see a more active response. Second, it isn't cheap, and that stings a bit more when listings can take a few months to sell, so you're effectively paying out over a longer period before anything moves.
Would I use it again? Yes — it works and the buyer base is there. Just go in knowing it's a slower, pricier route than you might expect, and stay alert to dodgy enquiries in the early days.

Thank you for your review and for choosing Guntrader to sell your kit. We're pleased to hear that you successfully sold everything and found the platform effective in reaching genuine buyers.
We appreciate your feedback regarding scam reports and listing costs. User safety is extremely important to us, and we're always looking at ways to improve how we handle and respond to suspicious activity.
Regarding sale times, this can vary significantly depending on factors such as the type of firearm, pricing, condition, demand, and the information provided in the advert. While some items can take longer to find the right buyer, many firearms and shooting accessories sell within hours or days of being listed.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We look forward to helping you buy and sell again in the future.
