Woodsy diffuser doesn’t provide any mist after a week. Contacted the company and they were not helpful.

Was charged for the product £15 and it’s not come 2-3 weeks later. I’ve emailed the company twice and my emails are faulty sending to there email they have attached to there link/website. Complete scam and would advise all too not purchase as you won’t receive the product. Was continuously on my TikTok and Facebook advertisement so thought it try, soon as brought I haven’t seen it advertised since. Scammers.

This is absolute garbage, doesn’t work total waste of money and time! DO NOT BUY!!

They do not quality check their products and when there are issues they do not take accountability and refuse to make things right when they fully capable of doing so, blaming other parties.

Worst customer service ever!! I paid $18 to ship the NEW cinnamon oil pulling mouthwash back. Paid $50 for two to have to pay half to send it back. I have a been a faithful customer for two years now. I buy two bottles a month. I will no longer support a company that is so rude and disrespectful. Never expected this in a million years. Sad to let them go but I’m a firm believer in morals and standards

It’s a scam.
Order placed, no email updates until one saying it was out for delivery 3 weeks later. No delivery confirmation but when I searched the order by chance today the site said “a delivery attempt was made”. I was home all day, and no delivery attempt was made. No solutions offered, no assurance they would try again. I do not expect to hear back from customer service.

Was charged for products I never received and their “Customer Service” is ZERO. I tried 4 different ways to contact them and no response at all. This company is a SCAM in my experience with them.

They still did not respond in writing to me but they did create and send out another order that I did receive and was not charged for so I am editing their rating.

Trash website, sent products, I wanted to return to get my money back and customer service is NON EXISTENT. A half scam company.

Poshmama from TikTok speaks highly of this company and the efficacy of their products, so I decided to try them. On Feb 3rd 2023 I ordered 160.70 usd worth of products. They wrote on my order that the estimated delivery would be between Feb 8-10. I still hadn't received it by that date so I tracked my order and noticed nothing was showing. I thought, okay maybe it takes longer to get to Canada. I contacted DHL they said they hadn't received anything yet. My 1st email to Gurunanda was Feb 21st; no reply by Feb 27. 2nd email on Feb 27 which I sent to three of their emails (contactATgurunanda.com, supportATgurunanda.com and wholesaleATgurunanda.com) and STILL no reply by March 1st. Today I checked again on the DHL site and I got a "bad gateway" message!! I got scammed 160.70 usd by GURUNANDA! I am outraged and in disbelief! Especially after Poshmamma ranted and raved about this company!! This has never happened to me before. This company is a total scam with no costumer service support at all. I will make sure everyone knows about my experience so they too will not get scammed by Gurunanda, as I did.

I really like the mouthwash. It’s a very good product. However, I was ordering by subscription directly through the company. I had received 3 previous orders for just over $15 each. This last order cost over $65 for one bottle because they sent it UPS 2nd day air! I had assumed every order would cost the same and did not read an email saying my order was ready to ship. There was no alert that the shipping charges had dramatically changed. I have contacted the company but have not heard back from them. I have since canceled my subscription.

My face was full of pimples and I was humiliated to go out. One of my cousins came to consider this and he asked for that I should buy a bottle of essential oils and use it for a month to see awesome results. Within third week itself I could see upgrading results by diminishing my pimples on face. In addition, by around 25 days I had only 4 pimples all finished and now my face is absolutely clear and smooth. Exceptionally recommended thing.
