Scam! I've ordered more than 2 weeks ago and never received anything

This company is a scam. Everything on their website is out of stock, yet they send me Marketing emails to buy stuff that does not exist.

Their customer support team does not exist either. Do not recommend.

Firstly the order was supposed to be 12/24h national delivery.

It arrived after 6 days.

Then when it arrived I received a small box of 12 cans despite ordering 20

Have contacted customer service 3 times with no response - safe to say I won’t be ordering again!

Shame as I like the drink and was planning on getting a regular order.

It seems that this is the normal mode of operation of this company based on the other reviews!

Don’t bother - there are plenty of other brands around.

Entirely fraudulent seller. They've had my order for over a week now, but no news on delivery, and no response to my chasing them via their contact forms either. I've had to ask my credit card company to refund the payment.

I thought i was purchasing 12 400ml bottles of kombucha directly from the Gutsy Captains web site as it was advertised as "This pack contains 12x 400ml bottles of Kombucha Zero: 2x Original, 2x Raspberry, 2x Ginger and Lemon, 2x Pomegranate, 2x Passion Fruit and 2x Watermelon and Mint". Paid nearly £14 just to receive 4 x 400ml bottles. Really misleading. However, this wasn't the biggest problem. One of the 4 bottle's best before date was 27/12/2024. The seal on the bottle top had also been broken and half of the content was missing. I have tried to contact customer services on numerous occasions, but have received absolutely no reply. Really bad customer service and misleading advertisement. Avoid at all costs, plenty of other alternatives on the market. Only gave 1 star because i had to give something!!

I ordered 4 8 liter packs of kombucha and only 2 of them were delivered. Of the delivered packs one of them only had 7 bottles of kombucha. I contacted the company the next day and no response. I contacted them again and finally got a response, but no resolution. Ten days have now passed and I still don't have the kombucha or a refund. I contacted them again on 3/12/2024 and once again no response. I am very disappointed as this is my favourite brand of kombucha.

Update - apparently my emails went into their spam and it took them over a month to find them. The issue has now been resolved and my faith fully restored.

I placed an order on the 29th September for next day delivery. I did not receive anything next working day.

I waited until the 5th September and decided to email them to cancel the order, no response.

They delivered the order on the 11th September. I emailed them to say I didn't want it anymore. No response.

Absolutely shocking service.

Order of multi flavour 8x 1L pack at a price of £43.98 +£7.99 delivery charge. A month later and it has not arrived. I have contacted the company with no response, other than an auto generated message confirming receipt of my complaint.

Been drinking their Kombucha for a year or so and it's one of the best Kombuchas out there. No added carbonation and nasties.

Decided to purchase a case direct from the site and the first bottle tasted flat. Dismissed it as a rogue bottle as I was at work. A couple of bottles later I encountered another flat one. Reached out to customer care as I thought it might be an issue with a batch and got a response along the lines of "sorry about that, no one else has complained". I have a feeling it might be a bottling issue as the tops dont feel very tight but I guess we will never know. The only other option could be theyve changed their production techniques. If they have, I certainly wouldnt purchase from them again. Ive since gone back to another brand based in the UK.

My advice would be to purchase from an alternative outlet than the brands own store as they generally offer a replacement if a product is faulty. It often works out much cheaper as well.
