GW Osteopathy Clinic Avis 

I have been seeing Gemma and Jen for sports massage as well as dry needling. I had an old shoulder injury along with lower back pain that was hindering my work as well as my sleep. They both have a wealth of knowledge and the treatment in the clinic is excellent, along with the exercises they recommended for me to do at home. After the first few visits there was a noticeable difference and I was able to sleep pain free for the first time in a year! The shoulder injury has now been sorted and I am just going back occasionally for maintenance appointments on my back. Excellent clinic and team and I would highly recommend them

Eugene is a fantastic Osteopath, I would recommend him to anyone who suffers neck and back pains, as I do. After few sessions with him, the pain is gone and he gives you exercises to practice to prevent them coming back.

Absolutely brilliant practice , excellent super qualified friendly practitioners.
I go in to GW in pain and with limited movement and walk out happy and moving well again!

I highly recommend Gemma and the team. I had a bad back and neck for years. After a few appointments I noticed a massive improvement. Now I only need less frequent visits when I can feel aches coming back.

Today i visited G W osteopathy for the first time. I was so happy with the service and the treatment i received from Suzie Gill, she was very welcoming and understood my shoulder injury giving me a very good examination followed by an excellent treatment . I felt nervous when i arrived as i was in pain but she very quickly made me feel secure and relaxed and i left feeling confident that she will help my shoulder giving me some exercises to do at home . I will be recommending this clinic and Suzie to my friends. I look forward to my next treatment next week. Thank You G W Osteopathy.

I had been suffering for over a year with lumbar pain caused by herniated discs at L4/ L5 which were impinging on my spinal cord. I had tried everything, including chiropractor sessions and physiotherapy and finally facet joint injections. These provided limited relief.

Then I was recommended to try the IDD Clinic at GW Osteopathy where they use calibrated traction, directed at the problem area, to create space for the discs to recover. I had 10 sessions of this osteo-traction treatment. The outcome has been highly beneficial. It is not 100% but I understand this will get better with exercise over time. I certainly no longer have the spasms of pain in my back, nor the grinding ache.

I was quite apprehensive about the treatment both before and during the early sessions, but the team (Andrew & Jennifer) were terrific and provided reassurance as well as manual osteopathic massage afterwards.

I would highly recommend any sufferers to try this approach. It has been around for around ten years so not new, but not widely known about. I feel much more confident in going about my daily activities and exercises now.
