Excellent customer service

Great experience with GymFlex who were able to successfully negotiate with the local gym to upgrade my membership to include racquet sports. After going to the gym directly without success, Connie was very helpful in negotiating with the gym to get this resolved. Thank you

Poor service

I was given notice in November 2025 by my gym, informed gym flex, following several email back and forth I am still pay for my membership even thought the gym closed down 31st December. The last conversation when querying the payments and money owing I asked what were the expectations to get this closed, and was told how long is a piece of string!

As your membership is paid in advance for the year by your Company, we are unable to return the funds to you until we receive a refund agreement from the club chain. As soon as we receive confirmation the funds will be returned, we will be able to arrange the refund accordingly. Please be assured we have escalated this internally to try and speed this up for you. Renewal issues, now out of pocket

Had a gym membership for 13th months, no issue.

Followed all steps to renew, but have returned to my gym after Xmas and following a 3 week holiday (hence not using gym most of Jan).

been told membership no longer active- meaning the renewal has not taken.

only advice gymflex have given me is to provide them with renewal ID , which I never received.

their email with instructions on how to renew never mentions this renewal ID.

I have now had to pay £50 to my gym to bridge the gap between now and start of March.

Find it hard to believe I am the only person this may have happened to, and find the whole experience unsatisfying.

Hi Simon, I am so sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the GymFlex process and that you have had to pay the club directly this month to get access. In order to keep your membership active, we require you to make a new selection through your Benefit platform each year. When you do this, you receive a confirmation email with a transaction reference, which is what you would have been asked for here for us to find your selection. If you did not receive this email. I can confirm your company have a monthly selection window and will reopen on the 1st February for a GymFlex membership to start 1st March. I hope that helps, please make sure with any future selections you receive the confirmation email and follow any additional steps to confirm your selection with your Benefits Team. Speedy Service

My gym membership to a national gym company was cancelled, apparently due to non payment.
I contacted GymFlex and they took it up on my behalf.
The response and resolution was performed within two working days. Great service. A special mention for Bhavna Goel who was so helpful throughout.

Efficient Service!

Connie was extremely helpful and rapidly resolved my issue relating to my gym access. The issue was outside of GymFlex's control but Connie sorted the matter directly with the gym and my access was back up and running in no time! Thanks very much!
