H+H Shop - Qualitaet aus Suedtirol Avis 

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kundin im H&H Shop. Die Qualität ist außergewöhnlich gut, der Service ist perfekt und Heinrich hat für jede Anfrage ein offenes Ohr. Ich bin sehr dankbar und froh, dass es diesen Shop mit diesem super Team und seiner tollen Ware gibt. Ich kaufe regelmäßig und sehr gern hier ein und werde es auch weiterhin tun. Ich kaufe mittlerweile seit über einem Jahr bei H&H und war immer vollkommen zufrieden mit Qualität, Preise und Lieferung. Kann H&H nur wärmstens empfehlen. Man bemerkt den Unterschied zwischen industriellen Käse und Käse aus kleineren Molkereien wo hoch qualitative Milch verarbeitet wird.

Ho ordinato una selezione di formaggi e altri prodotti il 19 agosto, spedizione il 27 agosto, il 31 agosto non essendo ancora stati spediti ho comunicato per iscritto la mia assenza dal 3 al 7 settembre, chiedendo di non spedire in quel periodo, il venditore ha confermato per iscritto che avrebbe spedito dopo il 7 settembre.
Nonostante l'accordo, hanno spedito il 2 settembre con consegna il 3, quando ero assente quindi i formaggi sono rimasti senza refrigerazione e sono arrivati completamente immangiabili.
Ho contestato la situazione e chiesto il rimborso, ma il venditore ha rifiutato, attribuendo la colpa esclusivamente alla mancata refrigerazione durante la mia assenza, ho quindi aperto un reclamo PayPal, che è stato respinto: la motivazione è stata che il prodotto ricevuto era sostanzialmente simile a quanto descritto dal venditore.
Non consiglio l'acquisto di prodotti deperibili se non siete assolutamente certi di essere in casa alla data di spedizione, data che e' variabile nel mio caso, nonostante tutti gli accordi e mail, e' stato di 2 settimane dalla data ordine, ed e' indipendente da eventuali accordi presi con il venditore su tempistiche alternative.

Mein Mann hat online Pustertaler Bergkäse und Firoalp Käse gekauft, er kam total weichgematscht und wahrscheinlich schon mit Leben im Käse bei uns an.
Sofort entsorgt!

Die Lieferung entsprach nicht der bestellten Ware.
Eine Gutschrift für nicht gelieferte Ware wurde korrekt erstellt. Auf die Reklamation der anderen falsch gelieferten Artikel hat der Händler ablehnend reagiert. Ich habe das akzeptiert, kann diesen Online Shop aber nicht empfehlen. Da gibt es einge viel bessere Italy Shops. Meine Adessdaten habe ich löschen lassen.

Ware bestellt und laut Homepage alles verfügbar. Sollte für Geschenke sein, habe jetzt nur die Hälfte da. Nicht zu empfehlen.

È la 2 volta che acquisto prodotti da questo sito, in modo particolare prodotti da forno. Perfetti, compreso l'imballaggio che ne preserva la freschezza e integrità. Consigliatissimo!

Nearly a month after placing order, no reply from customer service, no update. Eventually got a reply saying I never made the order. I went and screenshot my order details as well as my PayPal proof of payment. No reply after multiple emails. I suspect they were just trying to ignore me so I would go away. Ironically I received an email from them asking how they did with my order and if I was satisfied with them. I replied and heard nothing back either.
Eventually I went through PayPal investigations process to get my money back. They very quickly replied saying they found my payment details.
This is 1 full week after my first email. But no offer of discount or anything which is usual but not expected.

They have yet to send any update or shipping info and it's been a week again since they said they'd send it.

Great and serious seller. Precise and reliable. Highly recommended! Perfect packages to shipping.

Ich hatte einen Wein des inzwischen seltenen Jahrgangs 2017 bestellt! Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr wurde von H&H die Flasche um 18,00 € teurer angeboten. Weil ich aber unbedingt den Jahrgang 2017 wollte, bestellte ich. In der Bestellbestätigung stand schwarz auf weiß „2017“.
Geliefert wurde dann der Jahrgang 2018, dem Paket lag sogar ein Lieferschein mit „2017“ bei.
Auf meine Reklamation der bewussten Falschlieferung teilte man mir mit, dass deren Lieferant keinen 2017 mehr hatte und deshalb einen 2018 geliefert hatte, der jedoch in Preis und Qualität gleich sei! Meine Recherche ergab, dass der 2017-er natürlich teurer wäre. Ich hatte also den teuren Wein bezahlt und den billigeren bekommen.
Am meisten habe ich mich darüber geärgert, dass man mich vor der Lieferung nicht gefragt hat, ob ich den 2018 als Ersatz für den nicht mehr zu beschaffenden 2017 akzeptieren würde, sondern ganz klar darauf gebaut hatte, dass ich es nicht merken würde. Ebenso versicherte man mir, dass es sowohl bei Preis als auch Qualität keinen Unterschied gebe, was einfach nicht stimmt!
Man versicherte mir allerdings, mich künftig bei einem Jahrgangswechsel vorab zu informieren! 🙈

Da molti anni sono un cliente molto soddisfatto di H&H Shop, propongono prodotti eccellenti con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e il titolare e i suoi collaboratori sono persone molto disponibili e professionali con i quali si comunica con facilità, loro sono il mio punto di riferimento per gli acquisti dei prodotti del Tirolo e del Sud Tirolo.

Ich habe Getränke bestellt. Die Lieferung kam schnell, war sicher verpackt, so dass nichts kaputtgehen konnte und mir wurde eine vorzügliche Haussalami (Wert ca 10 €) dazu geschenkt. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

A 2 months ago I made an order on the site Received a parcel 1 month ago . Terribly disappointed. The bottle of liquor was broken and everything inside was covered in liquor - salami, speck, pillow. I didn t expect this from an Austrian company. I think that when sending the bottle it was possible to use special packaging.
I reported this to the site, attaching photos of damaged goods. I received a letter in response - "Of course we will credit them for the broken bottle and apologise very much for the inconvenience."
And that's it, nothing more.
And one more small detail - Already after the letter was sent, I paid attention to the expiration date of the salami - it expired 2 days after receiving the parcel.
Yes, the site looks very comfortable and attractive, besides - it is generally accepted that "Made in Austria" is a quality mark. It turns out that it is not. I do not recommend ordering from this site.

I prodotti sono buoni e ho fatto con piacere più di un ordine. Tutto ok. Sarebbe solo buona cosa, e corretta, comunicare con mail in italiano invece che in tedesco visto che l Alto Adige e' in Italia e che nel sito si sono premurati fosse multilingue. Grazie

Rude, arrogant, uncooperative and insolent. Last order I received expiring goods (but full price). We flagged this to get ridicule only and no offer of discounts / refunds. This time we ordered and paid for short-term fresh products. The courier was told wrong address and city, even though it was not my first order. Same story: rudeness, insolence, no will to fix it and my order hanging around for two weeks. I will never buy from them again. Rather I go to Tyrol walking

I placed my first order with H+H Shop for a Teerenpeli Finnish Whisky I could not get in the UK. I found H+H Shop on the internet and they had it. The web site is very easy to use and has an English language version on it which was very helpful. I placed the order and was informed at all stages from ordering, dispatch and a tracking code, so I could trace all the way. Quickly sent, delivered and very well packaged. So happy I found a good, reliable seller in Europe. As since Brexit hard to find companies that deliver to the United Kingdom and has products I can not get here.
