Appalling. We listed our property for sale with Haart after the were very keen. Over the 12 week contract we only had one (unsuitable) viewing. No feedback, no contact and no updates. Now that our contract has ended we have still received no correspondence confirming that. I am not even sure if they took our property off their website

Our experience with Haart Crystal Palace, and specifically Frederik and the branch manager, was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

From the beginning, Frederik repeatedly asked for our requirements, yet would continuously call us with properties that were the complete opposite of what we had clearly stated we were looking for. It felt like our time and preferences were not respected.

We eventually viewed a property in a nice area that we were genuinely interested in, despite it having visible issues with mould and water leaks. We submitted an offer based on a figure we were comfortable with, fully aware of the risks and potential repair costs.

Shortly after, the branch manager called us and attempted to pressure us into increasing our offer, suggesting there was another interested buyer and trying to push us into a bidding war. We declined, as we had already offered what we felt was fair.

What happened next was the most disappointing part: we never heard back from Frederik or the manager regarding the outcome. No update, no courtesy call, nothing.

Then, a month later, a junior sales person called us out of the blue to offer a viewing for a different property, as if nothing had happened. This was frankly astonishing. The lack of basic professionalism and courtesy — simply informing us of the outcome of our previous offer — made it clear that customer care was not a priority.

Overall, the experience left us feeling disrespected and undervalued. We would not recommend Haart Crystal Palace based on our experience.

I recently bought a property through Haart in Crystal Palace and it was smooth from start to finish. The guys were really lovely I felt supported all the way. Thank you Frederick and Tim :) I am super pleased with this speedy purchase!

I recently had my flat sold by haart and the whole experience wasn't a good one. Once I complained several times, my case was looked into. I felt alone on the process at some point. It was more of them securing the sale and everything in-between is nothing to do with them. I regret selling at the price I did and agreed to their % fees. It looks like their tactics sales works but at what cost to seller.

Organised a valuation for our property.The appointment was changed once and a week later ,when rearranged, nobody turned up.I had no call,no email ,no explanation and no apology.I will definitely not choose Haart to sell my house.Dissapointing.

This is a good example of how a brand could be more than its substance. Such businesses only get by due to the demand in the market but when things dry up so does the #Haart ego of pride and arrogance! Found this branch to be obnoxiously condescending offering no substance. You don’t have to walk far from them to find others offering a more professional service and not just packaging without substance.

In essence an appalling experience. I've sold several properties and these agents have set a new low. Dany would often take up to10 days to respond to emails and simply ignored and rarely returned calls. I was pushed from one Haart person to another during the sale having to deal with 3 different representatives - one just dissappeared without a word. Haart recommended a solicitor to the buyer who turned out to be beyond inept (they buyer is looking to recover their fee) The net result is this excellent property took over 15 months to sell from offer! Do yourself a favour and go with someone else - I wish I had.
