I was more antsy waiting for this watch than 2 17 year old kids waiting on a pregnancy test result. When it finally arrived I was happier than a fat kid with cake holding it my hands waiting to unbox it. When I finally got down to the Ruby Red box I was shaking like a teenage boy at 1230 on Prom night as I opened it. It shined like The Ark of the Covenant when I cracked the box and brought me more joy than Spongebob gets from Working the Krusty Krab. Ooooooohhhh boy. I needed a cigarette after that unboxing and I havnt smoked in 22 years!

Beautiful watch but the band is too short. Customer Service suggested that I purchase a longer one for an additional $31. The return process was easy and stress free.

Recently purchased my 1st watch the Brookyln 43-Park Slope during the March Madness sale. Was delighted to find it could stack a new customer 15% discount on top of the already fantastic sale price as a lot of other sites don't allow this. Delivery was prompt and well informed tracking of delivery was available. The watch itself is vibrant in colour and the unique strap allows for firm fitting and comfort. Amazing customer service,ordered a watch and when it arrived from Royal Mail there was a sticker on the box say they had received the item opened,when I opened the box it was empty,I contacted customer service immediately and within 5 minutes I had an email from Alex and his team,he offered me a refund or a replacement,I said I would like a replacement and within 1 week it had arrived, the watch is beautiful I will definitely buy another watch from them again,would give 10 stars if I could.

Purchased the Aviator Spitfire and love it. Great watch for the price, even at full price (got it for 1/2 off less another 20% during one of Tim's sales). Will buy another one in the future.

Never heard of this brand and aware it's new , took the risk in a sale and well satisfied , another sale came up so bought a second watch and a hoodie , everything about watches says quality , built well , light weight on wrist , hoodie quality is as good as superdry , well done tim , love your journey

My journey has been difficult. I lost my leg in 2024, got a prosthetic and then fell in 2025.. broke the femur on the same leg. Watch the live feeds and listening to Tim talk has given me the confidence to keep my life going. Wearing his watches remind me everyday, life is a journey not a race.

I purchased a watch and I had terrible time with customer service getting information about returning it. I was advised in an email that the shipping cost would be covered by the company. Then they sent me an email saying that they didn’t cover returns to Canada. I scoured their website. I did not see one thing that said Canadian orders would not be covered for return postage. It was not very pleasant experience. You have no one to call you go back-and-forth by email. Which is not very effective because when you send an email, they didn’t answer all my questions so I had to send more emails. I can’t tell you how many emails were sent about this and I’m not going to count them, but they were quite a few. I also sent a message to Tim Hayden and have yet to hear back from him.

Been an admirer for some time and was looking for a Pilot / Aviator watch for everyday use. The website was easy to use and navigate matched by great customer service and very quick delivery.

I have ordered several watches from Hagley West. Specifically, my most recent order, I purchased the LYJII. Unboxing it, I was first surprised how much more colorful the face was than from what I expected when I saw it online. It truly looks regal. And the fit and weight is perfect! It's stunning and has easily made my "must wear" list.
