Second order from them
Second order from them. Exceeded delivery expectations. Products 100% as advertised. Packaged well. Maybe recommend bottles to be put in bags - just in case.

I was disappointed I got the wrong product. I had wanted the plain angel wash in the pink bottle. I received the purple shampoo for blondes or gray. It was difficult to decipher the colour of the bottle on the website. I had already opened the product so I couldn't send back. I have fine gray hair, 80 years old and I definitely needed some volume. Help!

My products arrived in good condition and without too much unnecessary packaging (a big thanks from the environment 😉)
Very satisfied with my purchases, as well as the customer experience I received.
