Ordered a clip in bun, actual product was tiny with very little hair on it compared to the pic on website! Looked ridiculous when tried it on! Very disappointed!

I ordered invisible hair tapes and made payment, but unfortunately hair of this color was not available, but the girls immediately wrote to me, apologized for the inconvenience and offered to return the money or choose any other color close to Ice Blonde.They remade the order, returned the rest of the money and provided all the details. All this was done so quickly and at a high level that I was even a little shocked by the service at such a high level.I have not used the product yet, but if it is of the same quality as the service, it will be simply amazing. let you know...

Have wanted to try the clip in ponytail for so long and finally ordered one. Price point the ponytail is worth every penny. Had so many ponytails that look cheap and fake. But this one is definitely good quality and the colour match is spot on. Love how lightweight the ponytail is and how easy it is to put in. Definitely worth buying one if you want a good quality ponytail without a hefty price tag.

the quantity not matching my expectations!I bought 4 packs thought was enough for a full head unfortunately it wasn't . I recommend to double the volume of the packs aint fair for the money I spent .

Have used hair rehab for years for clip ins and tapes. Always arrives super quick. Great quality n choice of colours. Lasts me much longer than any other hair I have used. Would never shop anywhere else now

Placed an order at the weekend and only noticed after my order had been confirmed that there was a discount code available. My fault for not double checking, however I emailed customer service this morning to see if anything can be done. You don’t ask you don’t get haha! They refunded the 10% discount difference straight away and emailed me to confirm! All before 11am. A good company includes a good customer service team that listen and will make customers happy. I haven’t yet received my hair so cannot comment on that as of now, but the customer service will be the reason for me to make an order again in the future. Thank you again! X

Lovely colour options, super quick delivery and reasonably priced. I do find the extensions aren't as thick as leading competitors, they seem to be a few grams less in weight which I can definitely notice now the extensions are in.
