Hi, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. :)
Failed production by Hallmark! We got there in the end!!
Have just been contacted by Hallmark to say our door has been messed up for the third time!
First after 10 days we were told they had no slab
Second 2 days before delivery we’re told it had been cut incorrectly
Third we were expecting it tomorrow & have been told they have failed again!
Another 10 working days - if they don’t mess up again!
Appalling & so disappointing.
Our contractor is livid. This is costing us as build is held up.
Come on Hallmark! Very poor show!
**So….update… still no door even though it was “ promised “ by end of week & it’s now Saturday!
Hallmarks response to this review is lacking many of the failings that their order & production process has bought to light. Marketing & customer service blindly promise what cannot be delivered…… **
**** Joy! Have been told it is on the lorry for delivery Wednesday ( 20th November) watch this space!! ***
It arrived 20th!! Beautiful door & panel so increasing my rating. Such a shame the production process made so many errors but they got there!! 🥰

Dear Mrs West,
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially with the impact on your build and your contractor. Please know that these delays are highly unusual for us, and we regret the disruption this has caused.
Part of the delay is the order was put on hold which has contributed in part to delay. The slab for your order was delayed by our supplier. I assure you, however, that your door is now a top priority. It is set to be dispatched on Friday, with delivery expected early next week—far sooner than another 10-day wait.
Thank you for your patience, and once again, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. We're committed to making this right.
Kind regards,
The Hallmark Team

First impressions count
I just moved into a house, the old owner had replaced the front door due to damage from a tenant they'd had.
Door looks lovely from outside but you get in and it's old trim with silicone sealant blobbed in a (I think hole) just not a good impression when I go to open/lock up
My apologies to Hallmark, door does look lovely as I said, shame on the installation team for not doing your door justice.

Hi Sam,
Thank you for leaving the review, but we think this has been left in error. We are manufacturers only and do not install doors.
The issue you reported is an installation issue which would not have been completed by Hallmark.
Thank you

Door replacement
Just had a Hallmark door fitted as part of replacing the windows and doors to my home. The company I used recommended the door. I was surprised how heavy the door felt when opening and closing. Hopefully I will see the benefit of the door during the coming winter.

Quality of the door is excellent. The exterior finish which is black is superb. Door seals on the door have removed drafts we used to get. Good value and looks great.
