Replacement door hinges
My door fitter adjusted my door but lost my door hinge caps. Gavin in the Customer Service Team very kindly agreed to post out replacements free of charge.
This was much appreciated. It now looks like new again. Thank you!

Draughty Hallmark composite front door
I have a Hallmark composite front door installed by a reputable company. When the weather is windy and blowing in the direction of my front door the wind blows through metal door latch mechanisms. In the winter I have to stop the draught by filling gaps with tissue. The door has been installed properly checked again by the installer and Hallmark take no responsibility for the design. Composite doors should be airtight. Doors are not cheap. How do I get this problem fixed please?

Disappointing company
Disappointing company - I had a disappointing experience with this company. While their website is professional and allows customers to select door styles, colors, and sizes, I wasn't aware that responsibility for product defects would fall to the installer rather than the manufacturer. My installer was self-employed, working weekends, and had limited experience with these particular doors. He wasn't aware that he would be liable for factory-made defects.
When I contacted the company, they directed me back to my installer. It would be helpful if they made it clearer on their website that they are trade-only, and if they explicitly informed installers about liability transfer. I recommend that customers request and review the Terms and Conditions before purchasing. It would also be beneficial if the company either prevented non-trade customers from ordering directly or provided clear alerts regarding liability transfer and Terms and Conditions. Just for anyone reading this - no this issue wasn’t resolved and has cost me dearly. .

happy customers
I find Hallmark easy to deal with and quality of product of a high standard. Any issues are dealt with very quickly but are rare. I have fitted many of these doors and have very few call backs
