I had my first service on my stair lift today. The engineer was so lovely and checked the rail, inside the main part and the chair itself. The battery was checked, he also went up and down on it. Cleaned it and oiled it. Checked the seat belt also. Real thorough job was done. I am always impressed with Halton Stairlift's the service you get is always impeccable all the way through. So pleased I went with you. 🤩 Thank you so much. The stair lift makes me feel safe on the stair’s. I wouldn’t be without it!

I couldn't be happier with my reconditioned curved fitted stairlift! To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about going the "reconditioned" route at first, but you would honestly never know this wasn't straight out of the factory Both the curved track and the lift itself look absolutely brand new—not a single scratch, scuff, or any sign of wear.

The fit is flawless and conforms perfectly to my stairs. Beyond the top-tier quality, the pricing was a breath of fresh air. I received several quotes from other companies that were frankly eye-watering. This was by far the most reasonable price without sacrificing an ounce of quality or safety.

If you are on the fence about buying reconditioned, don't hesitate. The service, the product, and the savings were all 10/10. Highly recommend

we had to replace an old stairlift and decided on halton stairlifts.we had michel who rang us to tell he was on his way,he had to take out the old stairlift which had been in a good few years,very profesional installer,made the job look easy,replaced it with a reconditioned unit which has a good waranty with it.he put my elderly mothers mind at rest,a very professional firm,staff are all very polite,

Julie was very professional in her explanation of the different types of stair lifts. She explained the pricing between the new and reconditioned stair lifts and helped with choosing the additional options we requested. Very happy with her help and advise.

Brilliant job

Decided to purchase refurbished stair-lift for my wife after 8 month stay in hospital. Researched the marketplace and decided not to go with the headline suppliers I.e. Stannah or Acorn, but instead decided to choose Halton Stairlifts instead. Local established firm with friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff who were most helpful in the choices available. The initial visit was by Mark who gave me the benefit of his experience and I believe an honest opinion of what we needed. The price quoted was fair and what I expected. The installation date was exactly what I needed to bring my wife home.
Peter was the installation engineer. He proved to be very good at his job having worked for Halton for many years. The work was completed to my satisfaction. Peter was friendly, hard working and again gave plenty of good advice to a first time buyer. Its only been a week since installation but everything seems to be in perfect working order. Stair-lifts aren't the most aesthetic pieces of furniture but my wife couldn't live here without it. Thank you to everyone at Halton Stairlifts for making the whole process so easy and stress free. I heartily recommend you to give them an opportunity to install your stair-lift. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Kane the service engineer arrived on time and proceeded to explain what he intended to do.
He was very polite and answered all my questions no problem. He was friendly and soon had the job done with no fuss.

I had to call for a repair Mon 29th June 2026 called at 12 noon the stair lift was repaired by 1600 hrs the same day. The engineer was called James and was brilliant worked very professionally cared for my property and was very polite. Thank you James you are a credit to the company.
