I’m unable to respond directly to your reply, but I want to clarify that I haven’t mistaken your business, and the anonymity of this review means you wouldn’t know who “Dave” is. Regardless, the core issue remains: staff have not been paid, and you still owe outstanding wages. That’s the truth, and it deserves to be acknowledged and addressed.

I worked at Hamble Catering Ltd for four days, and my experience was extremely disappointing.

The working conditions are poor—breaks exist only on paper, but in reality, staff are expected to work non-stop. There is a complete lack of professionalism and respect for employees.

The worst part is non-payment of wages. It has been over two months, and I am still unable to receive my salary despite multiple attempts to contact the manager via email and phone. My messages have been ignored, and promises to resolve the issue were never kept.

I strongly advise against working here, as this company does not treat its employees fairly.
