When my order arrived one of the boxes…
When my order arrived one of the boxes was open. To me it seems like it had been opened by the driver before delivering it. I did question the driver and he was giving very vague answers

Poor Communication and False Promises
Placed an order for £300+ and two days after the promised delivery date, called them for an update on its whereabouts to be told the order was cancelled by a "system fault" but they didn't care to notify me. Was told it would be re-ordered and shipped for the next working day, but on that day it didn't turn up, so I call up and they then promise it the next day pre 10am. That day comes and surprise surprise, no delivery.
This is my second order with them, and based on this experience I'm unlikely to use them again, even if this order eventually makes it to me. Would be nice if they actually communicated with their customers

Products where perfect
Products where perfect, and customer service really good and helpful. Arrived on the date that I scheduled. Price a little higher than some compactors on some stock, but had items I could not purchase else where so was pleased with this. Just wish shipping was a little quicker

Great Customer Service but broken Eggs :(
This is the second year I have ordered Easter eggs for everyone in my company, and the customer service is great. They are very responsive and proactive. However, when I received my order, a few of the eggs were broken. I ordered one for everyone in my company, so unfortunately a few people ended up with a damaged one.
