Very disappointed with my Hanskruchen comforter and even more so with the after sales service.
I bought a Hanskruchen Gold comforter (warm) 4 years ago at the Univers du Sommeil in Brussels. I consider it an investment given the high price of the comforter. After a few months several pillows were emptied of their feathers, we brought it back to the store, Hanskruchen refused to replace it and just did a "maintenance". A few months later, the same thing happened and again, Hanskruchen refused to replace it and did a "maintenance". Today, the comforter is again 30% empty and neither the store nor Hanskruchen accept to intervene!
Their pretext is that we do not sleep as recommended by the brand. Make sure you sleep according to Hanskruchen's recommendations (which means not moving when you sleep) before investing in their products otherwise you may be disappointed.
