My experience

I got a pendant to match my husband's, who got his from HJ years ago, and as a college student, I found it extremely affordable. The quality is fantastic as well. Shipping time was expected, so no complaints there. I received a couple of fun freebies, including an 8-year anniversary poster and some sick ass stickers. Great experience and will definitely be ordering from them again!!!

Good price, fairly fast shipping

Took about 3 week for my package to arrive, which is fairly fast considering this was during the 8 year anniversary, so there was probably a ton of orders being packaged and shipped at the same time. Quality is good, I got 4 rings and they all fit me, although the sizing is slightly inconsistent between some rings.

Sick jewelry, awesome customer service

I’ve ordered from HJ three times now and this is the first time I have experienced an issue. Customer service pointed out the issue with my order, responded to my email quickly, and refunded the part of my order that was messed up within less than 30 minutes of reaching out. Their pieces are good quality for stainless steel and well detailed for the size. I’ve been wearing a septum ring from them for well over 6 months now and it still looks as good as the day it arrived. The freebies are cute, and the shipping is okay (can take a while at times but timing is likely up to USPS). All in all worth the money for beautiful uniquely designed jewelry & great customer service!!

absoluter mistladen ich habe vor 3 Monaten bestellt. Bei dem ersten mal dass die Bestellung "verschickt" wurde, wurde mir gesagt dass das an dem Lieferanten lag. Ok sehr nervig aber kann passieren. Das ganze geht aber jetzt immer wieder so seit 3 Monaten. SEIT 3 MONATEN. Die Ringe die ich bestellt habe sind auch wirklich alles andere als Günstig. Richtiger Schrott. Nie wieder

Fave brand

Love this brand. Ordered from them several times over the last 2 years. Never any problems. Shipping takes a while but only since it’s being shipped internationally to me. Some ups and downs with the website and app crashing due to too many people being on it at once but that’s not really their fault. Products are amazing! Amazing quality and look so hard

Poor customer service, worse shipping

Although the product was OK, it took forever to get it. I was promised it would ship within 15 days. I ordered well before Christmas and got it late January. Lots of excuses, but no results. I will not buy Hard Jewelry again.

This company is an absolute mess

This company is an absolute mess, they used to be really good before they got more popular. CEO is super unprofessional and the quality of the jewlery is absolutely not worth the price - all of the pictures on their website are misleading and typically are ONLY of the sterling silver pieces -meaning if you buy a stainless steel piece, it will have horrible detail and basically look like a blob (the septums specifically are an example of this). The customer service is beyond insanely bad. I literally dont know how theyre still in buisness. They take days to respond to genuine issues (such as broken or missing items) and when they do respond its a short unhelpful answer. Stay away from this company and save your money- there are better stores that wont steal your money and gaslight you.

Buyers beware!!!

Buyers beware!!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!! 1. Ordered for Black Friday and received the order after Christmas and my butterfly earring broke within a week and emailed a bunch of times with no response! 2. our 2nd was shipped to the wrong address and talk to USPS and they said to contact Hard jewelry and of course no response to those emails either and there is no phone number to call! They are gonna lose SO many customers with that kind of service! They need to respond to emails or put up a customer service phone number to actually speak to someone!

Ordered product before Christmas

Ordered product before Christmas. As of today still have not received. Return emails are a joke from this company. I assume they are a sell buy company. Meaning they have no product but order it once you have purchased from them. They could not possibly have inventory and take this long to ship. Many excuses from them. I plan to file a complaint with the state of Utah.

Month later, haven’t shipped.

So, I ordered a necklace for my daughter before Christmas. Today is January 13 and it still has not even shipped. I knew that I had ordered it too late to get it in time for Christmas, but this is RIDICULOUS. Today is Saturday and my email says that on Thursday, January 11, the label was created but that USPS still does not even have the item. I know that places will often print the label and wait a while before handing it to usps, but they didn’t even do that. They made NO MOTION toward mailing this until January 11z

I would avoid. Sellers need to realize that it’s not only about the product, but customer service as well. And waiting almost a month for something to not even have shipped is bad business. Heed my warning!

I will begin by saying I messed up regarding the shipping. But when they say 15 to 21 business days they mean 15 to 21 business days. I got something for my grandson who lives an hour and a half away from Ogden Utah where hard jewelry is located. Ordered it on December 9. It was just received today January 12. Yes there was a holiday but what a joke. Also, they say free goodies in My grandson❤️’s package they put in a zip tie type ring sizer are you kidding me wow. They communicate, but all they do is give you words.

It is now January 9 and may be at least another week before it arrives. They never responded to my emails. I will be contacting my credit credit card company. Just another poorly run small business.
Update; I received my order on 1/13 and they did offer to provide me a shipping label and refund. The products received were nice and after all of this, I didn't really want to go through the refund process.

Gift for Christmas

I ordered my friend a necklace with pendant on 12/1 and it just now shipped on 01/05 (Arrived 01/13.) This is after repeated emails and suggestion to cancel by the company. They offered so many excuses and today I let them know i’ll be writing a review and i’m not cancelling the order, they finally shipped it, but blocked my acct. Beware of this awful customer service that blocks you, to avoid an accurate and balanced report of the company.

I spent over 175$ on a singular necklace from HJ and although the necklace was nice, the shipping was HORRENDOUS!!!! i ordered this piece during the black friday sale in mid/late november, and was assured that my package would arrive before christmas, low and behold, it hadn’t even SHIPPED by christmas. i got my necklace two months later. i am very disappointed. false advertising, very disappointed.

Liars and thieves

Ordered jewelry for our nephew in November and I feel like we’ve been scammed. The bracelet never came, we had a very unhappy boy who didn’t get what he asked for on Christmas morning and it just goes to show you how evil companies like this are. Hard jewelry is 100% a scam we’ll be contacting our credit card company to report the charge from these people as theft. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
