First time ordering from this company and I'm very happy, both with the eyepiece I ordered and the straightforward online ordering process. It was also extremely well packaged for delivery. In fact, the box it arrived in was so big I thought they'd included a set of complimemtary coffee mugs or something, haha. But yes, very happy all round with Harrison Telescopes

Excellent service from this Company, I wasn't sure what to buy for my camera to fit my telescope, they explained what I needed, and when ordered, the items came through quickly..
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and to buy from them again..

I ordered a SkyWatcher Heritage 150P telescope. It arrived by courier the very next day, in perfect condition. Couldn't have asked for better and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

I've used Harrison Telescopes, a few times over the past few weeks for several items. I've found them to be very fast and reliable. In addition, their prices are frequently a bit lower than their competition. Highly recommended.

I’ve had 2 recent orders from Harrison Telescopes and have found their service to be first class. In both cases I had acknowledgement of the orders straight away, the orders were picked and shipped within a couple of hours and arrived next day. The products came well packaged and were exactly as advertised. Couldn’t have asked for more. Excellent.

Even with a mix up with an order, customer service was great and very quick to respond to my problem. The correct item was sent out with a pre paid envelope, trusting me to return the wrong item. Good communication and I’m now happy with both items I have received. Will be using again. Great Customer service and a speedy delivery (both times)

I ordered a telescope and it was promptly despatched using Fed-Ex. The courier company never delivered the telescope and falsified a proof of delivery. I raised a claim and Harrisons immediately assured me that they would either get the goods delivered or process a full refund. In the end Fed-Ex proved their lack of integrity and I received a full refund from Harrisons. Throughout the process Harrisons were professional and communication was excellent. It is such a shame that unreliable couriers such as Fed Ex could start to impact on other supplier's reputations.

Fed-Ex never did bother to reply to the claim I raised.

Bought a Celestron NexStar Plus handset usb as an upgrade for my Advanced GT mount. First day out of the box everything worked fine. Second day the handset showed “initialise” and wouldn’t respond to any of the other buttons on the handset. After three days of switching the handset off and on I gave up and contacted Harrison Telescopes, who advised me to return the handset for testing. I have now received a new handset from Harrison Telescopes, and would like to thank them for a quick response to this issue.
I shall continue to buy my astronomy hardware from Harrison Telescopes in the future.

I 1st bought from Harrisons Telescopes in Dec 2015, this was a 'one off' purchase for my wife's xmas present and the advice prior to purchase was fantastic with a very quick delivery.

Roll on to April 2020, I had an issue with my telescope that had lay unused for some time, I contacted Harrison's and had amazing quick response which helped me sort my problem.

I then decided to purchase some new eyepiece's for the scope, I again contacted Harrison's & Edward responded very quickly confirming stock. I placed the order and due to Covid-19 lockdown didn't expect delivery for some time - how wrong was I.. 2 days later post arrived with the eyepiece kit & 1 other eyepiece, everything was perfect.
On top of everything the prices were amongst the lowest (inc ebay) I could find online.

I wanted to thank Edward Harrison for his help & his speed in processing my order in these difficult times.

Highly recommend for any Astronomy purchase!
