We are absolutely delighted with our new windows and doors from Haus.

From our very first visit, the whole team were friendly, professional and genuinely listened to what we wanted for our home. Mitch took the time to guide us through all the different styles and options, making the process feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than overwhelming.

The installation team, AJ and Tim, were fantastic. Their workmanship was excellent, they were respectful of our home and everything was completed to a very high standard.

Like any home improvement project, we had a few small snags that needed attention afterwards, but this is where Haus really stood out. Nigel in Customer Services was incredibly helpful and Tom, who came out to carry out the remedial work, was friendly, professional and made sure everything was put right.

The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding and they have completely transformed our home. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

Thank you to everyone at Haus for such a positive experience from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

Today we had Lewis and Louie ,our installation team from Haus round for about 4 hours to remove old door and windows and replace with a new more efficient door and windows and far better locking mechanisms too. They did a great job in the removal of all the old materials and kept the site clean and tidy whilst replacing with the new goods. Overall very pleased with the end result, thanks guys! Molly was very helpful in the run up to choosing the correct materials and would respond out of hours in order to help. Thanks Molly! This is the second job done for us by Haus now, very happy a second time with overall experience. All round quality staff providing a great service.

We are absolutely over the moon with our new front door! We live in a new build and the original was awful, it didn’t shut properly and there was always a draft. I only wish we got a new one sooner! The fitters were great, very professional and the whole process we felt well informed. We’ve already had lots of people commenting on the door! Over the moon and can’t wait to get a matching garage door eventually! Thanks so much

The whole process of getting a quote to installation was easy and professional. Tim and AJ fitted our windows and door efficiently and kept us informed of progress across the whole job. The standard of work was excellent. Both guys were friendly and patient even with our dog who wasn’t impressed with disruption. Would recommend Tim and AJ to anyone.

Tyree fitted my windows and Louie fitted my front door, 2 weeks later. They both did a fantastic job and were super efficient and tidy.
The windows had a couple of minor tweaks and snags which have now been fixed and addressed. It made me wonder about the quality of the product for a moment but all my visitors so far have said how amazing they are and I agree.

We had our Soffits, fascias and guttering replaced by Haus. From start to finish they were knowledgable, experienced and professional. They did a great job and our house looks like new! We are very pleased.

Have recently had another installation by Haus (our third in total) which involved replacement of all our rear windows. The whole experience from start to finish has been excellent. Starting with an initial visit by Mitch to provide the quotation which as always was provided without any heavy sales pressure. We were extremely pleased with the installation carried out by Jay and Mason who were very professional ensuring protection of carpets etc. and left our house clean and tidy. We had one or two very minor concerns which were dealt with quickly and without question. A shout out too for Emily and Nigel who communicated everything to us and answered all our questions along with Louis who visited on a service call and carried out all work required. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company for this type of work.

HAUS have installed windows doors and a conservatory with a warm roof. We have used this company for the past 5 years and their service continues to be 5 stars.

Haus Installations have offered superb customer service from start to finish and I love my new front door. Fantastic business and i would reccomend in a heart beat.

Bobby & Tyree completed the installation of french doors. They arrived on time, communicated effectively, made no mess, produced an excellent finished product and cleaned up.
No complaints about them or their work.

I was very disappointed when, on the original installation date, I was told the door didn't have glass in & had to be reappointed. Weeks later, Lewis & Louie arrived promptly & did a great job installing my patio door. They were very friendly & professional and tidied up after, removing all the old doors & rubbish. I am very pleased with the new doors & how quickly the job was completed. Thank you both for a brilliant job. Would certainly recommend them.

Would unfortunately NOT recommend this company. The installation was supposed to take half a day and took a whole day and five additional visits which according to Tom at Haus, should be expected as the period for installation quoted is only a guide. Apparently they lost money due to all the visits and somehow that would seem to be my fault. I was offered a £50 gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill, which I thought was a little insulting, apparently they couldn’t give me cash back. I paid the bill and all of a sudden the gesture has been removed.
Tom did make several attempts to visit and speak to us but to be honest by that point I was a little fed up of speaking to them, I just wanted some money off for our inconvenience but it would seem the company like to try and say that they care but their actions don’t back that up.

It would seem that Haus Installations idea of taking all feedback seriously is to report my review and try to get it removed
