Exceptional service quality and price for my parker knoll sofa

All aspects a very good experience.
Helpful salesman when viewing in the shop. Simple ordering procedure over the phone. Item delivered ahead of time. Delivery men removed all packaging and were polite and friendly.

Everything from start to finish was so good, communication was good, delivery was on time, the furniture is of excellent quality and was quickly put in place by the efficient delivery men.

I ordered a Parkerknoll chair from Haynes furnishers in September 2022. I asked if it was possible to cancel the order in January 23 as the expected arrival time was exceeded and I'd read reviews about Parkerknoll and was concerned. I was told by the manager at Haynes that the chair was currently under construction and was due for delivery to them the following week. Naturally I assumed from this response that it was too late to cancel.... Six weeks later the chair arrived!

The chair is small and not comfy so I enquired about a return but Haynes don't offer returns on made to order goods. Yet if I'd ordered directly from Parkerknoll they have a 14 day return policy. Neither company was willing to help. After they've got your money they're just not interested!

Ordered kitchen stools extremely pleased with them. Great price, they were cheaper than a well known large retailer. Was kept up to date of delivery and delivered on time. Would definitely order from Haynes again.

Bought a 3 piece Ercol living room suite from this company and can't praise them enough. Their online price, after agreeing a deal, was some £400 cheaper than my local Barker & Stonehouse store for the exact same suite and B&S were going to charge for delivery on top! Delivery (FREE) was well within the expected timeframe and the suite was delivered exactly at the time they said and the guys were prompt, considerate (rugs placed on the floor), courteous and efficient in unpacking the suite (taking the packaging away with them) and attaching the legs and subframe. All round an excellent service with really good communication throughout and it's obvious this is a company that works hard to secure its reputation in delivering excellent service and value, I'm highly impressed and grateful and would recommend Haynes without any reservation!

After trying to shop local which led to a disappointing experience with a local furniture store we found Haynes Furnishers on line. Thank goodness we did as the difference in service and cost was massive, very friendly and helpful, great price and the chairs were delivered quicker than we had expected. Haynes will now be our first port of call for any future furnishing needs

Incredible experience dealing with these guys. I wanted to purchase a Tetrad grand size sofa and knew it would fit in my room but was not sure about the access. I paid a deposit and Carl said that if the sofa was too large for access he would take it back and refund my deposit. Fortunately the guys delivering the sofa did a great job and managed to get it into my lounge. Will have no hesitation in buying from this company again. Just brilliant. Thank you.

just had two sofas delivered from Haynes. There was a lengthy manufacturers lead time, but the promised delivery date was duly kept and the price was as low as we could get anywhere else! Delivery was smooth and easy - so I would highly recommend this local South Derbys furnishers.

I ordered a beautiful Jacaranda Settee from Haynes Furnishers through eBay.
The sofa arrived within 10 days by Haynes very helpful staff. They even took our old sofa away for disposal.
The communication and service were excellent!!!!

We purchased a Celebrity woburn rise and recline chair initially saw the chair on there ebay site had a phone conversation and ordered .Chair delivered within a week no delivery charge, lovely delivery men set chair up and showed us how it worked then we paid them with our debit card.so happy to have used this company and will use again in the future.Many Thanks!

Arranged delivery within 3 days at a good price. Other companies quoting more and much longer delivery times.
Guys that delivered were extremely efficient and pleasant. Assembled the product and took away boxes.
