Haynes Furnishers Avis 

We have been buying Old Charm furniture from these gentlemen for a few years now and recently needed another piece. It came at a discounted price, about 8 weeks earlier than anticipated, delivered about 150 miles from Burton and we were kept advised throughout. What is there to not appreciate? Good old fashioned service from sensible knowledgeable people always works well for us.

What an excellent company. The service is superb and when there was a manufacturing issue they went well beyond the extra mile to sort things out.

The delivery was smooth and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending Haynes.

We were looking to purchase some new Ercol (Salina) bedroom furniture and found Haynes on-line (furniturebrands4u) they were the cheapest that I could find by far and had all the items in stock. As the cost was in excess of £2,000 I spoke to Carl prior to ordering and was offered a discount code for an additional 7% off in lieu of the vouchers. I ordered on the Thursday afternoon and the furniture was delivered Monday morning. Delivery was excellent, a two man team who put all the furniture together and even took all of the packaging away with them. I don't write reviews very often but I was so impressed on this occasion I just had to. Excellent!!

The staff were very knowledgeable and gave useful advice before I finalised the order for a suite on behalf of my elderly parents. Friendly and open communication ensured I was kept up to date at all times with the final delivery arriving as planned. The delivery team were equally helpful as well. I'd certainly recommend this company 10/10

I have bought 3 suites from this company without any problems whatsoever, they are the cheapest I could find for my Sherbourne suites.
They always give you an estimate on the arrival date of your suite, and they are not far out, the delivery team are excellent and will put the suite any wear you want, if it is an electric suite they will make sure everything working before leaving.

We bought some Old Charm furniture from Haynes. We were moving to a new build home and Haynes very kindly allowed us to wait for delivery until we took entry several months later ! The delivery went so smoothly and the guys were so accomodating- it took us ages to peel off all the protective layers on the furniture !
I would unequivocally recommend Haynes. Their customer service from start to finish was exemplary.

Sofa we ordered was delivered when stated and we are very happy to have used Hayes Furnishers and would recommend to all.

Chairs were ordered on an easy to use Online site, great response from supplier and follow up with regard to lead time. Chairs delivered, installed quickly and efficiently before expected delivery date. Superb chairs supplied by a company I would recommend for their complete service.

Good service at a fair price. I was telephoned to arrange delivery which was prompt.

As a previous customer of Haynes Furnishers, when we needed a new sofa I had no hesitation in being a returning customer. It is always a concern buying furniture online, especially a sofa (and a showroom set at that) without seeing it trying it beforehand but as our son had recently bought a car that way we thought we would try. The photos online of the sofa and chair were very clear and we could see they were in excellent condition and a good match for the sofa and chair we already had. Delivery was speedy and the two young men who delivered the set were friendly and professional. The sofa and chair are, indeed, in excellent condition, of good quality and a good match for what we had. Buying a showroom set gave us a very good price and speedy delivery. Recommended.

We were about to purchase 2 Parker Knoll sofas from a well known national furniture store when I found HaynesFurnishers were offering the same sofas for significantly less. Initially spoke to Haynes via the phone and then went into their store and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. There were some delays caused by Covid related issuers outside the control of Haynes but in general I would say we were very satisfied with the service provided and especially the price!

Stools were delivered earlier can expected. They were cheaper than elsewhere. Delivery was within the advised slot. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication and service from the point of ordering. Item was delivered ahead of the scheduled 8 week lead time and, as a result, I had to change the delivery address as I had moved home - which was no problem for Carl and his team. Delivery day was seamless with a phone call to say exactly when they would arrive. Would highly recommend this very professional and helpful company.

from the initial call through to a very professional delivery, where they unpacked and checked everything, you could not of done of wished for a better company to deal with,if only more retailers adopted this approach,and at a very competative price!! sadly many dont.Thank you and we will be back.BC
