Professional Attitude towards the customer.
Even with the Hays computers going down across the country and Karen Williams having to keep going in and out of the system she managed to book my 2027 Holiday to Malta. We looked at a number of locations and settled on the one I thought favorable. Great service as always on a day when frustrations never beat the Hays staff (Computer failures) Thanks again.
