I have booked
I have booked , with Hays Travel on many occasions. The reason being they are most helpful , & look for what you require of an holiday so impressed i had my family to book with them

Kimberley and the Aberdare team
We called in to your travel agency in Aberdare to discuss a possible holiday, we haven’t been away on holidays for some 12 years so we are now a little naive all we had in our heads was a holiday to Mexico, therefore as you can imagine we needed a lot of help. We met Kimberley and immediately she put us at ease, she took time to discuss what we were looking for in our holiday, not once did we feel pressurised she explained everything so thoroughly and anything we didn’t understand she went over again until we were happy, at times she would ask your team their thoughts on the area we had chosen, and they too were so helpful. She covered everything from booking, parking , seating , insurance and any extras such as taxes, that we needed to be aware of. All we need to do now is sit back and dream of our holiday and so a big thank you to Kimberley and your Aberdare team.

We always have an easy time looking for…
We always have an easy time looking for and booking our holidays at Hays, we go in with a place in mind and come out with our perfect getaway thanks to Stephanie. I also do go back and foth to the shop if I have any questions and they are always happy to help. What I love about Hays is the fact everything is done at one time, holidays, insurance, transfers, money etc. So I will always along as there's one in Aberdare go to Hays.
