As usual my experience of using Hays Travel is very informative and helpful and the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to find you a suitable holiday. The main thing that appeals to me being elderly and not used to booking online, is Hays do everything for you from start to finish. I would hesitate to book a holiday with anyone other than Hays in the future.

Always book with Hays Travel Airdrie and, as usual, it was a great experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always do their best to find the right holiday at the right price. 1st class service with Hays…
Having only ever booked with Hays Travel Airdrie this year( A party of 10 on a cruise). I was very impressed with the staff that helped book our holiday. So much so I came in this weekend and booked for a holiday next year. Staff are pleasant and very helpful and they pay particular attention to you needs. Thank you for a 1st class service.
