Hays provided a warm welcome with enthusiastic staff making booking a holiday a lot less stressful. Thank you to Megan, who was nothing short of fantastic from start to finish helping us to find a last minute holiday.

I was bit nervous
I was bit nervous, as in the past bookings were done by my husband. However Annie was lovely she explained how the system worked and was a great representative for Hays Travel. Excellent service.
