Tempted by an advertising board.
Helpful, knowledgeable staff member, Claire who despite some IT issues went through our booking with us answering our many questions. We booked a cruise for 2028 which we saw on an advertising board outside the shop. We hadn’t any intention of booking another cruise but the board tempted us in to ask questions and now we are booked. Thank you Claire.

Quite simply it was Sasha who booked the holiday for us she was absolutely brilliant helping us choose the holiday and insurance.My wife and myself aren't seasoned travellers so we need help with everything and Sasha gave it in abundance.It's a pleasure going to the shop in Alnwick everyone is so pleasant and helpful.
