Hays Travel - Alnwick Avis 

The staff on my initial contact were very helpful and friendly with no pressure. When returning to make the booking this was dealt with in a pleasant and timely manner. One member of staff reminded me to check my holiday insurance covered cruises which was useful. It would also have been useful if the member of staff doing the booking had also mentioned that additional information would be required by the cruise company before they could finally complete the booking at their end but otherwise it was a pleasant experience.😊

Sasha was helpfull and patient. She went through loads of options to get us to our required destination. She was able to book our flights and giving great connections. All the staff were very friendly.

Rebecca was so efficient, went in to ask a couple of questions and pricing on a Cruise
, as it will be our first time , she spent so much time going through everything for us ! We ended up booking it there in then .

Be good if Hay,s offered some kind of Loyalty card scheme too.

The team members at the Alnwick branch have been so so helpful, I’ve booked my first cruise . I had some silly questions but all were answered and I feel they have given me the best information I could have for a first timer.
I will definitely be booking more holidays through that branch .
