This was the 2nd winter sun holiday I’ve booked with Amanda in 2 days . She is so helpful and found us our ideal holiday at a fantastic price . Highly recommend and will definitely use her for future holidays. ☀️

We have used Amanda on a few occasions previously and continue to do so because she is so easy to deal with and nothing is too difficult for her to handle. I have M.S. and require airport assistance and adapted rooms etc. and she takes all the stress out of it by sorting it out for me

Very professional
Very professional, easy and quick. Has taken the stress out of the process.
I had attended the shop in Bridge Street and found the management were not interested and did not go out of their way to find anything, as such I contacted Amanda as I had dealt with her previously and felt she was very professional.

Decent service from Amanda at Hays…
Decent service from Amanda at Hays Travel, though not outstanding. She was professional and accommodated changes, but overall experience was average. The process went smoothly, yet it lacked anything particularly impressive. Nothing terrible, but nothing exceptional either. Would consider using her again in the future, but wouldn't necessarily recommend definitively.

It was really easy to book with Amanda at Hays Travel. We were given lots of information and if we had any questions she could answer them no problem. I would definitely use Amanda to book future holidays as she made the experience stress free.
