Emily who looked after us was outstanding nothing was too much trouble. She got us a great deal at a lot less than we thought. For our next trip we will be back to Hays. We will tell our friends how we got on.

The staff were extremely helpful, professional and efficient. This is the second holiday we have booked through Hays Travel in less than a month, and the fact we went straight back there after the first holiday says it all I think.
