We told the travel agent the kind of holiday we were after, she was able to tick all the boxes of our requirements. It was good to know that she had a customer who was returning to that hotel for the third consecutive time and who had nothing but praise for the hotel and the area. We feel confident that our holiday will live up to our expectations.

amazing customer service
Stuart gave myself and my mum a very professional and helpful service. He went above and beyond to find us a great deal but also taking time to find us a hotel and flight times that suited our needs. Would highly recommend and will be using Hayes travel Arbroath for all my travel needs.

Getting your holiday right, speak to Hays.
The agent, Angela, took time to explain everything, using her knowledge, she brought up alternatives which encompassed our needs. Her patience and knowledge were well worth our time in travelling 25 miles to hear. Saved us a lot of time ploughing through the many options.
