My first time booking through Hays Travel.
The agent seen to me quickly, politely and efficiently.
The agent understood my requirements without asking a thousand questions and she found a suitable holiday for me & my husband in a short time without the need to bombard me with a lot of information.
Any questions I had were answered.
Im very happy with the service and looking forward to our holiday later in the year.

1st skiing holiday
Was looking a skiing holiday, minds put to rest by a knowledgeable agent who made it easy to pick a resort and we had everything we needed for the holiday. was able to walk out knowing every detail was taken care, nothing more for us to do than be at the airport on time. Thanks.

Perfection 10/10
Contacted Hays Travel, explained what I was interested in and when I wished to travel.
Within an hour a travel consultant from the store I contacted got back to me, with several options for my preferred destination being Kracow, accommodation, flights and information on different excursions.
Booked and now looking forward to a wee break next year with plans for a 2nd destination in view 😊👍👌
