Sol Lanzarote
We booked our Holiday with Charlene in Armagh. She provided lots of information on different hotels in Lanzarote. Flight times were great, hotel and location amazing. Didn't want to come home. Sol Lanzarote hotel is simply fantastic. Charlene is down to earth and communication was brilliant. We are now booking again with Charlene for this summer. Highly recommend Hayes and their wonderful staff.

I enjoyed the advice and information…
I enjoyed the advice and information that was offered on Cruises and Country holiday hotels, this year and into early 2026 too.
The advice was sound and understood but the reasons for looking at two areas of travel, the costs and the information I was given and the future search for an Italian visit in 2026 too.
I enjoyed all of the advice, offers and chose to return to Turkey, after a few years gap, instead of Crete and a Cruise, too.
The team was great, for all the advice, booking a September holiday and awaiting the future advice offered on Italy next year too.

The agent was very helpful took time to ask destinations we did and didn’t want , specific travel dates any special assistance, showed us a broad range of options and had no problem going back over them and also gave us her own insight and other staff as well
