Hays Travel - Ashford Avis 

The member of staff was very helpful throughout our search for our holiday. She as both patient and understanding for the requirements and budget we wanted. This was our first visit to Hays travel, and I can assure you it will not be our last. We have already told other people of our excellent experience.

Sandra was pleasant, helpful, claim professional nothing was too much trouble it was lovely to see and speak to another human being the old school unusual in today’s society with online gadgets. Lovely to feel relaxed with no stress in evolved. Seeing someone in person in a travel agent makes it more exciting 😁👍🏻

The staff in your shop in Ashford Kent are amazing it was Sandra that looked after us and nothing was too much trouble very polite and a laugh which made us very relaxed.

We had been looking at the internet for three days trying to make up our minds but there is so much information we thought we would phone Hays Travel at Ashford and spoke to Isabel.
She invited us along for a chat and we made an appointment. Best thing we have done!!
She was knowledgeable, probed for all our wishes for a holiday and came up with a deal that we accepted there and then. She was not only helpful but pleasant and printed out all our documents (even our boarding passes out and back!!).

Just went into my local Hays Travel in Ashford Kent, Ready to give them my money for a holiday , member of staff was more interested in the window display than selling me a holiday, other girl was sorting her make up, Gave the lady the hotel and date i wanted and no eye contact, no interest etc.

All staff very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, making several helpful tips on how to improve our holiday experience.

It was very easy to book. They were very helpful. always go to the store or phone them in Ashford.

Another trip booked. Sanem handled everything with care and made sure the details were right for us. We already have more plans lined up for next year and each booking so far has been reassuring.

When entering the branch the member off staff was not very welcoming almost it was to much to help us

The last few holidays that we have booked we have asked for Isabel ( Ashford Branch ) She is very competent , patient and informative. She works hard to get a holiday that suits all our requirementsand is very pleasant to deal with . We a have confidence that she will do the best for us whether its a small or large request . She also answers promptly if we have a query .
