Looked at a cruise online with TUI went into my local branch of hays travel and they matched it and got cheaper airport parking

Been coming here to book my holidays for over 20 years +customer service is the best and I should know working retail myself always getting what I want not pushy not trying to sell me stupid holiday extras I don't what or need talks me through everything so no surprises so hoping to book for the next 20 + years God willing

I went in to pay my holiday off for…
I went in to pay my holiday off for this summer amd seen there was a zero deposit when you book with easyjet at the weekend, so it was a nice surprise. Rob was brilliant in looking for the perfect holiday for myself and family next year. We didn't have an idea in mind where I wanted to go. Rob was on the case to find us at the best price . Between Rob and Sharon the friendly atmosphere really helped. Well done to you both and we cant wait for our holiday this year and next year thanks you all at ashington hays
